Worse pharmacy in city and there customer service …… I had to call 4 times for my medications and after 3 weeks they still haven’t got it right …absolutely zero customer

Can I give zero stars? My prescription was transferred to this location from another pharmacy due to insurance issues. I didn't expect to have to wait five days to get it filled. I received a text saying that it was in process. It gave a date and time that it would be ready. I stopped in to check in on it today and the employee in the pharmacy, Emily, was so incredibly rude! All I did was inquire about my medicine and she acted like I was bothering her. Just completely unnecessary. She obviously hates her jobRight away, set the tone for how my new pharmacy experience would be. The time that it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't! No updates in my text, they did not answer their phone and the automated system was no help. I decided to go back to the store, since it was 30 minutes after the time it stated it would be ready. I had to tell the pharmacy why I was there because they never even began to process my order! Being insulin dependent, I missed my dose last night because it took 5 days to fill it. After talking to another employee, they finally ran my prescription and I got it while waiting. What a damn mess. Luckily, I got a three month supply, but I will not return to this location again. Very unorganized. I've never waited five days for a medication anywhere. You don't mess with an insulin dependent diabetics medicine. Just complete incompetent. Unbelievable. I can see why the reviews are bad.

My CVS at 9509 San Jose Blvd is the best in town. However, CVS 11264 Beach Blvd saved my life. Couldn't get doctors answering service to contact him to changed covid meds from plavlovid that can cause problems if you have kidney issues can't use it, but there's an alternative treatment safer which is a Z-pack and prednisone and that required a doctors change of order. When the answering service hung up on me, Jason, the pharmacist, became Mighty Mouse and saved the day! After the first doses of the 2 meds, the fever I had since 5 days ago was gone. Grateful for Jason's knowledge and care=empathy. The world needs more.

Horrible customer service. Waited and waited because the scanner couldn't read my card. Hit the help button. Lazy guy just looked around, walked past me twice and ignored the blinking light. Service here always sucks!! Never have product in stock either. As I left I asked his name...he mumbled so bad I had to ask him twice. It was Michael.

I made an online order for pickup (04-17), which was NOT relayed to the help for some reason. I had various snafus with the order. However, the girl working there went out of her way to work with me fill the order, and get me what I needed to get before leaving on a trip out of the country. If it wasn't for her, this would probably be a 1 or 2 star rating.

New insurance required me to change pharmacies. CVS pharmacy helped transfer my refills and have filled new ones seamlessly. They are very busy so sometimes there’s a short wait but everyone is very courteous and happy.

The employees are not very pleasant especially Emily the blonde tech. She turned her back while I was talking to her as if she was too busy for my concern. Second time there and both times have been unpleasant. They need to learn better customer service

Wouldn't give a star if I didn't have to. The Pharmacy Dept. never answers the phone. They have lost my business after today. I would rather pay more to someone who pays attention to customer service

After 9 years I now despise this dispensary, The blonde dread haired tech is constantly rude and disrespectful. I now fear going there because of one nasty employee, seeing her is always a issue. She's obviously a bigot. Rude to my wife and myself consistently. The pharmacist is wonderful however. Typical CVS but a little smaller than most. I don't understand Blondies issues? CVS? I'd love a response?!

Some of the cashiers in the pharmacy need to be taught some customer service skills. Tried to pick up a prescription on Sunday. There was one car ahead of me. When that car left and I pulled up, the lady said sorry but we close for lunch at 1:30 and walked away. It was exactly 1:30 when I got to the window. I've worked in customer service for years. You DO NOT treat customers this way.

I came to the pharmacy on 8/6/22 at 5:45pm only a few minutes before the pharmacy was set to close on Saturday. The pharmacists hurried to fill an RX for my sick son and I REALLY appreciate their professionalism and compassion!

Love this CVS location , pharmacist Kalim is so helpful and polite, always with a smile on his face, ready to help and answer all your questions. The all stuff is really caring and polite !!Definitely 5 stars for him and his team!! ❤️?

This is the worst pharmacy I have been to in Jax. They are constantly out of my meds, communicate poorly, and generally are terrible to deal with. I am changing pharmacies after years, and will never go back to CVS.

This was the only CVS that had what I needed, and after reading the reviews, I was prepared for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly greetings, and effectiveness of the pharmacy and store staff. Excellent customer service! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
