Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told—after getting soaked in the rain and walking inside—that they no longer accept my insurance. That could’ve easily been communicated at the window, but the person there couldn’t clearly explain anything.
If you're going to have staff working the drive-thru, they should be able to communicate effectively. This was completely avoidable and extremely frustrating.
Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens—you'll get your prescription without the confusion, long wait times, or language barriers.

I was helped by Mr. KENTON yesterday purchasing with my and my kids OTC benefits in store. He also help me out with points and discounts using CVS app. He is extra helpful, polite and pro active. KENTON is really helpful and not lazy on his shift. (Compared to a girl working with him. This girl I asked the price of the item which I am holding, I am infront of the register and she is on it as well but instead of scanning my item she pointed out the item scanner which telling me that I should use, (she is right but she did not extend a extra help on me)even when checking out, she just looking at me and she is on the back of Mr. Kenton standing. This girl is not exerting much more effort on her work, unlike Mr. KENTON showing while at work. Over all, Mr. KENTON costumer service and help is exceptional/ outstanding. Keep it up.

I usually use the CVS over on Romero Road but I need to ask a question. I’ve got a calcium test. I need to see if certain meds has calcium in them.
But anyways, I called of course you gotta leave a message now for call back. Nice lady. Call me back in about two minutes. She goes. Oh ma’am there’s no counseling in that med and no calcium in that med. You’re good to go. I said thank you very sweet. Very kind prompt She must’ve been the pharmacist cause she knew right off the bat what I wanted so I’m happy.
I think sometimes if I have an attitude walking into a business, I think that attitude rubs off on the employee so I try to have a nice attitude
Customer service is brutal So I try to kind of give them a little space a little kind word.. You know we have to remember the employees don’t make the rules so no use in picking on them It just puts them in a shitty mood for the next client
Be nice be kind you might get it back

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your store on the night of May 20. Unfortunately, the experience was both frustrating and unacceptable.
We placed an order for a poster and received an email confirming that the order was ready for pickup. However, upon arrival, we were informed by a staff member named Brittney that the order could not be printed due to a lack of ink. What was most troubling was not only the lack of follow-through but also the absence of any alternative solution or sincere apology.
The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, reflecting a concerning lack of training and leadership. It is disappointing to see someone in a supervisory position display such indifference and inability to handle a basic customer service issue.
I have always trusted CVS for its reliability, but this experience has severely impacted my perception of your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to improve service and accountability at this location.

CVS is suppose to be a UPS drop
Off site I contacted UPS and they advise that this location was a UPS drop
Off site I arrived there about 10 mins to 12am and the young man working there was ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND SHORT WITH NO
PATIENCE whatsoever. There was a customer before me and he was short with her when it was my turn I simply stated “ good evening I will like to drop off a package” he stated in a rude tone “we don’t do that” I said “I’m sorry you don’t take packages” he stated “ I don’t know they probably did along time ago but we don’t do it” and walk off. Now on the outside of the doors of this CVS it has a big brown sign that states UPS drop
Off. The worker was rude and short with an attitude. If he doesn’t want to be In the Customer Service field don’t apply and have a customer service job. I will be contacting corporate about this

My daughter had a stroke and was released from the hospital today. We had a paper prescription we needed filled and when we went to your store on Friday evening the first man told us it would be 2 to 3 hours before the prescription would be ready. That a very sweet lady named Crystal came forward and said that she would could have it ready in 20 minutes. That's exactly what happened and you are very fortunate to have a Charming lady like that on your staff. Thank you crystal!

Once again horrible service, one person working and extremely agitated. He rung up all of my items and cashed me out individually, then didn’t apply my coupon for $$ off. When I realized and tried to redo the purchase he told me he wasn’t able to do a refund! I’m pissed and I absolutely hate going to this location even more now! Worse store ever!

Do not pick this pharmacy. Slowest people on earth. 45 min behind two cars in drive-thru. Get it together.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen in my life… They NEVER have your perception fill in a timely manner, you’ll be lucky if you get it at all which is crazy considering this is a PHARMACY. I’ve had to go to the hospital due to this stores negligence. They never have more that one person that can fill prescriptions at night working. During the day they will blame anyone they can for why your medication hasn’t been filled yet, including you. They never take any sort of accountability for their actions. They told me my meds were ready, I come in to pick up and they tell me I need a pre authorization to fill the order. I call my dr and my insurance standing there and pre auth is put in and accepted immediately. So then they say come back 2 hrs, it’s noon by this point. I come back in 6hrs and they said it’s still not ready. HOW?! So the next day I call and they tell me it’s ready for pick up but when I get there they claim the never got the pre auth and in the same conversation say’s the reason it isn’t ready is because it backordered but will be there in 3 days. They can even keep their lies straight. So I call 3 days later to see if it’s ready and they refuse to tell me anything about the medication over the phone. Granted it is a controlled but it’s a maintenance med this is not the fist time I’ve had it so I know she can give me the information I need. She gets nasty and hung up on me. So I call corporate to find out about my medication. They said there are NO rules are regulations per cvs that prohibits the pharmacy from answering your question over the phone about your medication regardless of if it is a controlled or not. They call the store and they got the SAME lady. She answer my question now that the rep asked it and told her she had to answer. They did have the medication they were just trying to give it to someone else. Then she tried to lie again and say I didn’t have valid insurance so that’s why they weren’t filling it.
Of all of the times I have actually tried to get prescriptions filled here, the wait is alway ludicrous. Inside, drive-thru, doesn't matter. The only time I have not had to wait in a massive line is when I showed up at 4am, but then it still took 2 hrs to get my prescription. Which makes sense with only 2 people behind the counter - one of which is a pharmacist who doesn't actually help reduce the line. During the day isn’t much better. Usually they have 3-4 behind the counter and the line moves slower.
They don’t answer phone and if they do be prepared for an attitude from hell. I am told they are understaffed and as someone who also works in retail I can relate to the struggle but that didn’t give me and it surely doesn’t give them the right to take that anger and frustration out on an innocent bystander. The lack of professionalism by these people is astounding. They do not care if your hurting, sick, or dying. They WILL make an excuse as to why it isn’t their fault they and you should do better. The BS never ends with them.
They all have an attitude, they put peoples lives on the line daily with such a casual uncaring flippancy I think this one just needs to be shut down completely. Or they need all new employees with a lot more oversight.
