Worst experience ever .Pls do not go to this CVS to take your passport pic. Waiting for hour and get nothing.The staff told me she couldn’t take the pic right and said she can keep trying but it won’t work.The sign said passport pic in 1 min.Such BS!

The Pharmacy took the time to explain my health insurance plan and its prescription rules and had me refilled with the maintenance medication I need. Thank you for helping me while teaching me about my options.

This location is overworked and understaffed. They can not handle the volume of business they get, but obviously don't want to pay for additional staff. The workers do the best they can. There was a pharmacist there who was terrible, refused to answer the phone, would not acknowledge customers and was VERY slow. She was finally let go, but they have never improved. I only give them 2 stars because the location is convenient for me and they have never gotten my prescriptions wrong, although they repeatedly auto refill my meds when I have asked them not to numerous times. I prefer to call in as needed because I don't take these meds daily, so I don't always run low at the same time. Also, with my job schedule I am able to go pick up my meds at random times of day when they tend to be less busy, compared to the typical on the way home from work hours when everyone goes.

OMG . What a hot mess . Cvs @ 32225. Rx not ready after I called and they said they would get it ready . I went the next day , and still not ready . 25min wait . Pharmacist calling a friend "a pain in my a*** . Phone ringing constantly, no one picking up . If you take high blood pills , you may need an extra dose .... Male pharmacist helpful and quick

Absolutely love coming here! Always a pleasant experience despite how slow and annoying I can be with a million questions. They are always respectful and willing to listen. That is quality service you will never get from the Town Center location.... I dread ever having to go there.

The pharmacy technicians do not have a clue how to process a request through Vocational Rehabilitation Center! Everytime I come to the Monument Rd location it turns into a nightmare! Avoid this CVS at all costs! Incompetence and stupidity are their specialties!

I've never had an issue at other CVS pharmacies in town. This pharmacy is an exception. Around 4 pm, I went to pick up a called-in prescription. I was ignored for 15 minutes. The pharmacists acknowledged those waiting behind me in line though. When They finally acknowledged me, they told me that my doctor had not called in my prescription to them. I called my doctor, who had indeed called in the prescription. My doctor personally called the pharmacy and told them yet again to fill my prescription. The nurse called me back and said that everything was straightened out, that they were personally told over the phone to fill the prescription, and that they were filling my prescription as we spoke. I went back over there later that evening to pick up my prescription. They said once again my doctor had not called in a prescription. Two minutes later, they actually decided to look to see if he did—and he did. Then they said they wouldn't take my insurance although other CVS stores around town would and they sent me away after I waited hours for them to fix the hiccup. I needed my medicine tonight and I still don't have it because other pharmacies in town were closed by the time I got through at this CVS.

I agree with these reviews. Management needs to do something about the pharmacy! I stared at the pharmacist for 20 minutes while she completely ignored me. I was made to wait in line while she hand typed every single one of my prescriptions and Everytime I call I get no answer. Very frustrating. The staff is kind hearted and I enjoy them but this service is not acceptable

I would never fill a prescription here if my insurance company didn't mandate it. This pharmacy is the absolute SLOWEST. It takes, minimally 6 hours to fill a common antibiotic prescription. Meanwhile, getting sicker and sicker with no medication. Terrible pharmacy.

Your hold time will be the same amount as going there. If it wasnt for Aetna doing business with CVS I would not use them. This is the worst location to deal with - Drive a little longer and use another one. Currently I've been on hold for over 20 minutes. I'm going to use another location - this one should shut down because it's pointless. Why have a pharmacy if people can't get their meds?!

Waited on hold for 17 minutes to not be answered. Every time I go they tell me an hour, I usually have to wait in the lobby when I go to pick it up 2-3 hrs later. WORST PHARMACY EVER and I have family members who work for this company at decent locations.
