Pharmacy female workers are rude. Black hair looks native or Hispanic , never smiles . I go through the drive through with my boyfriend , she immediately says his name as if she knows him personally, I’ve went there multiple times she knows he’s got a woman , for her to do that was not cool or professional. That could’ve went way different for her if that had been a crazy woman. Another lady might have been waiting for her when she got off work or cussed her out right there. Teach your techs to be professional and not act like they personally know someone’s man as they pull up. Stay in your lane

The manager who wears the ponytail and dresses like a guy with the tattoos on her face seems very overstimulated or like she hates her job every time i come to this store. She refused to check if there were any diapers in the back that I really needed like the manger did yesterday when I bought them. She does not care about the customers AT ALL. This is not my first bad experience involving this lady.

A few months ago I placed an online order to be picked up and the order was canceled. I assumed that maybe the item wasn't in stock because it is a popular item. I thought nothing else of it until July 25, 2024. I place an order for pickup in store and almost immediately my order was canceled. I didn't find it coincidence and so I went to the store. I assumed again maybe the item was out of stock, but when I arrived the item was fully stocked several of them were available. I didn't say anything to anyone in store, I made my purchase and left. I've filed a complaint, but this should never happen. A service available is a service utilized and should be seen as such. I didn't have a bad customer service experience.

This CVS! If it ain't one thing, it's another here.
But I'm going to blame CVS, for the terrible UPS so-called store they have inside.
The workers are lazy, absolutely lazy!
They act like you're bothering them. If you don't have your package correct. They will not help you in any kind of way like a UPS store does. If I was UPS I would be ashamed that my name was inside of a place like this.
I'm blaming CVS. It's in their store.
They are responsible.
Walgreens you're looking better by the minute.

I have a medical condition at which I do not want to disclose, the only reason I am making that statement is so you can better understand my experience. It was 3:15am on July.22.2024 I was so sick over the weekend and my grocery delivery was cancelled the night before due to weather so I woke up and needed something to drink. So I decided to drive 5 minutes from my home to get some water and a 12pack of soda. As I pulled out to the store I saw a suspicious male on the side entrance so I decided to leave my Louis Vuitton purse in the car & only brought my medically required 4x4 waist pack. As I entered the store a young man was standing to my left in the 3 isle I assumed working. HE SAID TO ME YOU CANNOT BRING THAT BACKPACK in this STORE AGAIN he says BACKPACK . I said to him sir this isn’t a backpack- my LV is 8.7x12 very large. I keep my medical bag inside of my purse so if it is raining or i just don’t feel like carrying my purse I can take my small medical pack out and carry it inside the store. I explained to the gentleman this was my medical bag he says you will have to leave it upfront or take your belongings out of it. WHAT IF that was my colostomy bag?? I understand the store not wanting large backpacks in the store for theft. But assistant manager Roman(African American male maybe 20-23)needs some education on what is a backpack. I could have went and gotten my LV purse which is extremely large but again it was late and a suspicious man was hanging outside. My thoughts where so you allow suspicious people to hang outside your store & you want me to go to my car take my money out and walk back inside? Why wasn’t he doing his job and asking the man outside to leave the property? I took my medical bag back to the car , came back inside and purchased my items. I’m also writing this review immediately so this “assistant manager can be trained again #1 social skills #2 what a backpack is. If I get an infection all due to the poorly trained staff member this will be the first notice. Also while checking out he had me move my items from one register to the next then back to the original register I set my items down at. While ringing me up he was humming the entire time while i tried to make conversation trying to explain i understand he is just doing his job, but a medical bag is something some ppl can not leave at a register or in the car. I also tried to inform him of the suspicious man outside. He just kept humming acting as if I was was not standing in-front of him. He had to ring my belongings up 6x (I’m not sure why) it took about 8 minutes for him to complete the transaction for 3 items that he had me move back and fourth from register to register. I will be contacting corporate and I deserve some type of explanation as to why the employee asked me to leave my medical bag at the front register (which is not possible) or in my car. i very much encourage corporate to look at the cameras and watch the entire transaction. I have never in my life written a bad review. the reason for this is to educate your staff. I will no longer shop here nor fill my medications . Continue the poor service and the CVS brand will diminish. I will return to Walgreens which is across the street.

Thank you for resurfacing the parking lot! A long overdue and much needed improvement. Store is on the corner of a very busy intersection, so a lot of the trash may be wind blown, but still needs to be picked up. Please hire a company to pickup trash in the parking lot and along public easements.

Went by to pick up cold medicine for my wife on my lunch break. When I got there there was a sign taped to the door saying "Briefly Closed" and a line of older ladies (one in a wheelchair that took a city bus to get there) after waiting about 20 minutes I asked one of the ladies how long they had been waiting, she told me a half hour. Doing the math in my head I felt like roughly an hour wouldn't be considered "briefly closed". I decided to call the store to get an idea of how much longer they would be closed, the young man that answered the phone said he didn't have a clue as he had one call out and wasn't planning on opening the doors until there was one more worker out of fear of theft. I announced this to the group waiting up front most of whom left except the lady in the wheelchair. Out of concern for her I asked the employee if he could help her out with her prescription and a few other things she needed, his instructions were for her to wheel herself through the drive thru if she needed it that bad.

The reviews are right. The staff in the pharmacy is rude. If you hate your job then find another profession. I get they’re busy but it’s not my fault you only have 3 working and you have to answer the phone it’s your job. If you don’t enjoy doing it then find another place of employment. I refuse to come here again. I observed the pharmacist and assistant talking negatively about a patient they had just gotten off the phone with. Extremely unprofessional. Will send my prescriptions elsewhere. They deserve 0 stars!!!

The 1 star is for the pharmacy, the customer service in the pharmacy here is terrible. Every employee in the pharmacy that I have had to speak with never have a smile on their face and do not greet you when you arrive to the window to get your prescription. They only care to do their job and not have good customer service. The front of the store employees are great here; however, something needs to change in the pharmacy, seriously.
