The reviews are right. The staff in the pharmacy is rude. If you hate your job then find another profession. I get they’re busy but it’s not my fault you only have 3 working and you have to answer the phone it’s your job. If you don’t enjoy doing it then find another place of employment. I refuse to come here again. I observed the pharmacist and assistant talking negatively about a patient they had just gotten off the phone with. Extremely unprofessional. Will send my prescriptions elsewhere. They deserve 0 stars!!!

The 1 star is for the pharmacy, the customer service in the pharmacy here is terrible. Every employee in the pharmacy that I have had to speak with never have a smile on their face and do not greet you when you arrive to the window to get your prescription. They only care to do their job and not have good customer service. The front of the store employees are great here; however, something needs to change in the pharmacy, seriously.

I went to this location to pick up my prescription. I was to receive a 3 month supply and was given 1 month. I've called to check the status, and I'm constantly put on hold; no one returns back to the call. The pharmacist and his assistance are always engaged in personal conversation whenever I visit in store.

very bad experience at the pharmacy place very bad work First they kept me waiting for an hour to get a vaccine and then they told me to come back another day because they have a lot of work, the truth is that they work very poorly and serve people very poorly.

Kevin went above and beyond and ran outside because I left my phone on the counter. Also love that they’re one of the only places open today for thanksgiving. Anyways, Kevin deserve a raise. Thank you again.

So I love John up front, and this is the only reason for the second star, but the pharmacy has been very inappropriate in their refusal to follow the instructions of the prescriber and my insurance. They tried to limit me and came up with an elaborate excuse that the doctor needed to call the insurance because of the limitation… and authorizing me to receive more next month when I don’t need it. If they billed it wrong, then they should say that. Instead they are attempting to get me to pay out of pocket. That sounds like fraud. Especially if they go back and make an adjustment to the billing and are paid from the insurance after they receive my cash payment. I hope the FDA and the FBI investigates them because the math isn’t adding up.

The manager John the one in the glasses and the pompous attitude refused to give me a cash return when they were out of gift cards. He said as a manager he literally didn't have the ability to do a cash return. When two weeks prior I did a $50 plus cash return on two items at this location. John literally lied to me saying that he didnt have the ability to do it as a manager. I know for a fact at this exact location can be done because it was done and given back and over $50 cash return on items I returned.So you can't push a return through in the system with manager approval for cash? Cuz we all know that managers can override the system and approve any transaction

Horrible service pharmacist is extremely rude and medication is never in stock when needed. Or you are quoted a pickup time but when you come they add on 3 more hours. I really hate CVS but they are the only ones that accept my insurance.

MYLAN MAKES THIS PHARMACY GO AS SMOOTH AND WONDERFUL AS IT IS , THIS BEAUTIFUL WOMAN WILL NOT ONLY GO OUT OF HER WAY FOR YOU SHE WILL GO TO EXTRA MILE SHE SWEET SHE SAID FRIENDLY SHE CARES AND SHE DOES NOT JUST TREATED LIKE A JOB MYLAN IS TRULY AN ANGEL , SHE IS THE BEST AND I HAVE A LOT OF LOVE FOR THAT WOMAN, I'M SO CLOSE TO HER SHE'S HELPED ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD OR WOULD SHE ALWAYS HAS A SMILE ON HER FACE SHE WORKS HER BUTT OFF !!

CVS at Blanding and Collins used to be a good pharmacy. Now it is least desirable of any. They have pulled together the worst employees with attitude who sho customers they don’t want us to bother them, they also never look at computer. I was taking Mounjaro and every month they would tell me the are waiting on pre-authorization and I would have to go in so they could look at note on computer that my card from manufacture is on computer because insurance will not pay. I had to speak to a young lady named Lynn as she appears to be the only person who cares or knows what is happening. The keep showing Diclofinac as ready for re-fill and have actually filled it several times since it was supposed to have been removed. Their standard excuse for poor service is we are waiting on response from doctors, but none of the doctors ever recant requests from CVS. I have to call doctors and have them fix CVS problems. No need to talk to pharmacists as he cares less then the workers. I am going to see if I can move all prescriptions to pharmacy other than CVS. I doubt any can be worse.
