My experience here has always been nice. The pharm tech who helped me, Jackie, was very professional and kind. This pharmacy gets pretty busy so I appreciate her ability to multitask and process my meds as fast as she could. 5 stars ?

They lock the bathroom doors. Had to request 3 times for someone to open them. When manager arrived he seemed very annoyed.

The absolute slowest drive thru pharmacy. If your time is valuable to you, avoid this place.

Tried giving this store another chance after several problems last year (unmixed meds, forgotten meds said they gave me then found in their pharmacy, rude service).Today I called 3 times because the meds we needed would not be ready for a few days due to stock issue. I was hung up on twice after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. When I finally got through and said what happened she said "ya we got busy dealing with patients so had to". Not an apology but saying yes they hung up because they're busy. We will stick with the CVS in Target on San Jose.

Absolutely ridiculous that such a huge corporation never has certain medications in-stock. Not only do they not care that patients need these medications but they do Absolutely nothing about helping find a different pharmacy that does. All they do is make excuses and say it's "not they're responsibility". The worse of the stores is #1077. Maybe the higher-ups need to replace everyone working in the pharmacy with actual people that care about others well being and can actually do what they're supposed to do....HELP PATIENTS!!!

Pretty good service. Drive through for picking up meds is a little slow but the folks who work here are really nice. Been using CVS for years for picking up my meds and its a pretty painless process, and they're quick to call when I have meds or refills to pick up. Plus they have a lot of good cheap OTC stuff when I'm in a pinch and need some pain relief. Love CVS.

Would give zero stars if I could. Made an appt for a flu shot and showed up a few minutes early. There was no line at the drive thru and no line inside the store. However, I was informed they were backed up and it would be 45 minutes before they could do the shot. That is ridiculous. I understand staffing issues, but there were several employees working. I could understand if some type of consultation was required, but that wasn't the case. I could understand that kind of wait if I were a walk-in, but I had made an appt. If you can't honor appts in a timely manner, then don't offer them.

1. My wife can barely walk, but she needed to use the lady's room at CVS while I picked up her medicines their website showed as ready. I asked the pharmacist for the key since the restrooms are on the back wall beside the pharmacy. This pharmacist, a hostile curmudgeon with a 2 foot, unkempt gray beard said she'd have to walk back to the front of the store for the key, and then he snickered. I didn't get it at all until one of the employees said he has the key, but he's too lazy to help anyone out. 2. None of the prescriptions were ready yet. The hillbilly pharmacist started laughing again when I said they showed as "ready" on their website. I complained a bit, and he laughed harder. What a j**** 3. Second time in a row one specific prescription has gone missing. Funny how only schedule prescriptions disappear. I guess the hillbilly decides who does and doesn't get their pills. Changed to a private pharmacy due to this j**** Oh yeah, the lady's restroom door handle is broken...
