Customer service is abominable ! That is because they have no competition . They own the pharmacy, the insurance company, the PBM ( pharmacy benefit manager) and the wholesaler. In any other arena this would be a monopoly! Our employee benefit requires that we use CVS or pay out of pocket . My husband had a new Rx for an expensive medication called in to CVS. I had a coupon and waited on hold for 20 minutes to give a pharmacy team member the information . I finally went up there and was rudely told I would have to wait for it to be reprocessed. I happen to be a pharmacist and know this takes about a minute. I was told to come back because the pharmacist had to verify. This is standard operating procedure for them! All of our other prescription medications and over the counter drugs I choose to pay out of pocket at a local pharmacy that treats me like a person and not a problem . Dmitry ( pharmacist) and his staff need to be retrained on basic customer service.

Brought a script to be filled. Told it would beavailable next day. 24 hours later I went to pickup. Was told it was not ready. They were too busy!!?Two trips for me. I wasn't too busy.Customer service there has been terrible. This wasthe last straw. I will never go back!! Will use another pharmacy. Very unsatisfied customer

Maxine and Jonah are very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful employees. They answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. They also worked well together as a team. I'm thankful for employees like Maxine and Jonah

This CVS still claims staffing issues. The aisles are a mess, it looks like a run down Dollar Store. The workers (present) look overworked. The pharmacy is a joke. They close for lunch, and claim they are understaffed. I’ve seen people in line for 30 minutes just to be told, it’s 1:30pm it’s lunch time and will roll down the windows. I’ve had 3 different instances of prescriptions not being ready within an hour, 8 hours or even next day. Call the pharmacy- the wait time will prove my 1 star is maybe too high for them.CVS you are a corporate giant. Having a branch with too few workers, and taking on medical needs and not able to meet those needs is dangerous. Just tell me my prescription will take 4 days and I will move my order to another pharmacy and no one will be upset.It’s been this bad for months, newsflash! Everyone else has adjusted post COVID.

Supposedly this CVS location is an Access Point for UPS packages to be delivered to so I can pick them up. After paying the delivery fee with UPS directly I was supposed to be able to pick up my package from this location, until some hourly employee decided it was in their best interest to refuse my package and have it sent back. What an awesome store, nothing like going out of my way to receive a package and pay an extra fee and then have someone tell the driver to send it back. What a great way to conduct business.

The bad reviews aren't lying. Was on hold for an hour before i gave up. If you can't get your medication thru the automated call you'll get no help.

I have been going to this CVS for going on 5 years now and I haven't had a single complaint yet. The staff is usually incredibly helpful and sweet until recently. I believe it was a new staff member i met the last time I came in and he was INCREDIBLY rude and slightly aggressive, not just to me but friends of mine have also had issues with him and he is absolutely horrible for business because none of us will be coming back.

I shop at this CVS location for greeting cards and gift cards. You will not find a better selection at any CVS location in the area! The store is clean and organized and customer service is great. Unlike a few other CVS locations I've been to with very little greeting cards, this location has three rows of cards. Not to mention a huge selection of gift cards. You will find anything from restaurants, Visa and stores such as Marshalls and TJ Maxx. They also provide lots of coupons to help you save money. I've received coupons for greeting cards, toiletries and even $6 off a $30 purchase. I also signed up at this location a few months ago for their new rewards program. It's $5 per month but you get the money back as a coupon plus many other additional ways to save. You can try the program free for 30 days.

By far the WORSE CVS pharmacy. The phones are NEVER answered. When I say NEVER .. I mean NEVER. The first time I visited this CVS I was with the tech and while the pharmacist was doing I don’t know what and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing. No answer. I didn’t think much of it. A couple of weeks later, I had to call because my RX was not refilled. NO ANSWER. Multiply calls a day for the past TWO weeks. Still no answer. The worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
