The pharmacy department is overworked. I wish CVS wasn’t a monopoly so I can receive better service. I recommend finding solutions. Costco is affiliated w the prescriptions. It has to be the better way. I’m done

The rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered.
My mistake for going to CVS in the first place.
I ended up at Publix, where the pharmacist and staff were top notch.
Don’t recommend CVS, especially this location. Go to Publix or Walgreens where they know how to treat their customers.

This pharmacy closes for lunch. Never heard of that before - is that a CVS thing? Why wouldn’t they schedule different lunch hours for different employees so it can stay open? Like for those customers who have to come to pick up their prescriptions during THEIR lunch break?

conflicting information about my medication availability, each time I got a different story. It is day 3 and the same story continues while I have no medication. Not helpful at all!!! Worst experience very, moving to another pharmacy.

Staff here has always been super helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. Even pharmacy and vaccine technicians in the pharmacy have always been amazing for me.
The one issue I have is the parking lot is a bit small and a little tough to navigate with a big vehicle. But I’m not gonna put that against them since it’s just a parking lot

Marc the pharmacist on duty went above and beyond to provide me with top notch customer service. He set up my CVS account since this was my first time ordering medicine from CVS and he transferred my prescription from Walmart pharmacy and gave me a 90 days supply. Thanks a lot

Cosmetics woman, Patricia, is always helpful and so pleasant. She goes above and beyond to assist customers. Checkout clerks are great too. Their employee turnover must be low since I see the same friendly faces whenever I visit this particular store.

Did you know CVS has a cosmetologist on staff? Me either! Patricia is AMAZING! Never did I think I’d buy skin care at CVS but she strongly encouraged me to try a $12 face cream…. WOW! I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve been getting on my skin!

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Horrible phone manners and no level of helpful customer service. Very disappointed time after time. Happily taking my business to Publix who is helpful and kind.
