Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy staff do the bare minimum and are rude. They’re frequently out of medications. They aren’t truthful about whether they’ve received prescriptions from doctors. They don’t always answer the phone during business hours. I could keep going but I’ve wasted enough time with CVS as it is.

Pharmacy staff gave false information about medication information and then rudely tried to back it up in a belittling way. Very disturbing.

I ordered photos online which were taken by professional. Six 2*2 and I asks if they be nice enough to cut it but the manager just denied definitely because I guess they knew what they did so there was no way to cut them evenly! Seriously?! They messed up the measurements so badly was quite obvious that they zoomed it and shoulders were not even from corners.

The latest problem is we requested a medication refill for my daughter. Went to pick it up and they said they didn't have the medication. They said it would be in "tomorrow". The next day we went to pick it up and they said the medication refill was never requested. I asked is the medication there? The girl said yes.There is a mix up almost every time. The prompts on the voice message say they have noone with my bday.I have gotten a lot of meds from them. Their phone system is ridiculous. We keep giving them another chance. We are finished giving them our business.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Don't shop here unless you have your guard up! My grandmother in her 80s, was the victim of theft INSIDE the store. Of course the cameras couldn't show anything that was happening AT THE REGISTER so none of it was even "caught by cameras". I stopped going to this store years ago because of the lack of customer service but moreso because after this store was robbed multiple times, they still have not figured out how to keep their customers safe AND I can only guess what their Loss Prevention looks like by the end of the year ??♀️

Staff overall at the front counter does not seem to want to help! It’s almost like they are hoping that you use the self check out so they do not have to engage. I am often followed around in the store as if they think I am trying to steal. It’s actually very strange. I am a Pilot! I worked very hard to achieve my goals, but it’s disheartening that certain employees think I am there to steal.

Shameful customer experience. I was attempting to buy two items (by the same manufacturer) that were on clearance. The brand, item description, and even capsule count were identical to the clearance tag, but the manager refused to honor the discount because the item numbers were different in their system. While I was shocked that they refused to honor the discount, but is prompting me to write the review was the incredibly disrespectful attitude of the manager. She did not even attempt to explain what could have happened or empathize with my frustration in the slightest. She stated that there was nothing they could do and literally turned around and walked away, leaving me stunned and open-mouthed with surprise (but refusing to turn back and acknowledge me in any way). I will be getting my prescriptions at a different CVS (or perhaps a Walgreens) going forward - hopefully the experience will be significantly better!

They can get things done but can be quite uncomfortable. They may not charge you the lowest possible rate for various reasons.

Scheduled an appointment. Realized at the last second i had scheduled to the wrong place. Tried for 10 minutes, running thru their menu and never got a person. Kept stating " that is not a valid question." Appointment time was over..i gave up.
