I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS and have found my new go-to nail technician, Tracy. I have been coming here on and off for the past 8 years and have had some good service and sometimes just okay. My favorite nail shape is "stilettos" and I love them REAL sharp & pointy. Sometimes when I ask for this shape, some nail technicians rush and it turns out round so I'd have to re-explain how I want them pointy mid-way, making me feel like I have to beg for it. This past December, I discovered Tracy and have been going to her ever since. Today was my 4th time and I just can't stop staring at my nails. I called and asked to see if she was available and made an appt half an hour later, drop by, and was seen right away. I really loved how she paid attention to detail. I asked for the "stiletto" shape and she took the time to file my nails just how I want, made sure that each nail matched the opposite side, and asked if I was happy with the shape. I used to get shellac a lot but she explained to me the difference in how much healthier dipped is. I don't mind shelling out a little bit more because I actually do like the way it feels and looks in comparison. The way she does my nails are always flawless and she's very sweet! If you want someone who's consistent, pays attention to detail, and sweet, BOOK TRACY

When I walked in they saw me right away. I asked for a fill and for my pointers and ring fingers changed. The tech was very aggressive as almost ripped off my finger nails instead of drilling the nail off she used another nail to scrape it off my finger. She used dip powder instead of acrylic powder so the nail didn't look one color so she decided it was best to paint over. When drilling and filing for 30 hours she cut my cuticle. These honestly look so sloppy. I shouldn't have tipped. It cost $25 for the butterfly nails and $33 for the fill. Becoming $58 and I tipped seven. The customer service was great they actually listen to me but I will be returning I just will ask for a different lady.

Well, I went in and they worked quickly on my nails n toes but for a simple color 40$ toes and 50$ for coffin n 15$ for nail art. Well I should t have paid the nail art it was sloppy on one hand!! Wtf they don't even match up on my lines I wanted. Ugh spent way too much for simple colors n never again going back!

I come here all the time and I never had a problem. I've been getting colored acrylic powder mainly because it last longer than the gel polish. The nail technician started to remove my old set and she ended up breaking MY nail and started to bleed and she still went on to try to add a new nail even though I told her that it hurt and was burning. Then she still wanted to put acrylic on it saying that it will grow back or that if it continued to hurt I could go back to get it removed. Now I can't remove the fake nail because it hurts

Worst and most painful pedicure I've ever gotten. The lady who was giving me my pedicure was so inconsiderate. Maybe it's just her I don't know it's my first time at this place. I will never get a pedicure from her again.

I came in randomly. I am always sceptical about nail places. Sat down saw dirty nails inside the sealed sanitation bags. Then brought out a dirty towel with some else's dirty cut toe nails. I just filed my nails down. So it is not mines. Half way through the process they asked me to pay before added color. I was quite insulted. But I paid and showed them pictures of the unsanitary tools and towel. The manager didnt say anything and ignored me. They didnt throw the towel in the wash and left it on the table for the next customer. I mentioned it again before leaving and noticed that no one else was asked to pay mid way through their service. Think twice before coming...one day someone will come out with some type of infection. Lucky I didn't do a pedi! Pay same price for a cleaner location. I am at home now putting on a clear polish because they didnt put on a clear polish... :(

Terrible Service. i came in to get a Gel manicure and to fix a nail. The manicurist said she can do powder makes your nails stronger. I told her no I want gel. She said I cannot do Gel. I said so your not going to do my nails. She said no. Terrible, terrible service. Don't get your nails done here. The male receptionist didn't even do anything. If I could I would not even give this place one star.

I've been coming here for many years 10+ and every service they have is 99% good 1% that pissed me off is how expensive the Powder nails service!!! Be aware that powder nails is crazy expensive here lol They do have a lot of colors The powder nails I got are awesome but damn.. I'm pretty sure I got ripped off lol Ok so I had powder nails already so I picked a new color thinking it will be a normal mani and the nails. NOT! Existing powder removal and new set is $50 ($45 for new set, $5 for removal service) So I reluctantly accepted it. Then my nails were done and she started leaving and I asked what about my cuticles? She said that would be another $10!! Girl TF! ugh I'm so pressed. Not going back for powder nails anymore. I know that there are other bomb af salons that cost less and include the actual manicure in the price!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Workers, especially the male receptionist, are extremely rude and sassy. One of my acrylic nails broke and fell off the next day, so I went in to fix it. Not only did they want me to pay for this service, but they also accused me of lying.

Would NOT recommend! I want my money back! I came in with a clear cut picture of exactly what I wanted and what I got was a tacky version with obviously wrong colors. I didn't realize that what I thought was brown in the salon was actually a plum purple when I hit the sunlight (the picture I had CLEARLY showed brown) also after inspecting my nails, the whole left hand is cut shorter than the right. Pictured on the left is what I wanted and pictured on the right is what I had to leave with. NOT HAPPY

After coming here a few years I finally stopped coming the begging on 2019. The last 7 times I came were a horrible mess; yes I gave them 7 trues before changing shops because I've been coming here so long Why did I stop coming you ask? 1: the manager stopped respecting long term clients. Though I had an appointment, he let a walk-in go before me so I wanted an hour. 2: The turn-over has been so high that the only ppl I recognize is the guy in the front and his wife Nancy who does waxing. 3: By the work these ladies do on mails, I wonder if their license/ certificates are legit or fraud. 4: When Nancy does Brazilian waxing it feeling like she is beating up your vagina & she pushing in your pelvic bone to get all the wax off; that's the most painful part as she is pushing on your bone and bladder. 5: The last time I went the lady filed my real nails so thin that as they grew out, the tips kept braking. It took 1.5 months for my nails to grow out to be able to get them painted again. 6: These ladies couldn't do a design if their life depended on it. You can show them pictures & your design will come out looking like a blob. This was really disappointing when I asked for a palm tree, and it was horrible. So I switched to a bamboo leaf; let's say the leaf looked like Slimer from Ghost Busters. Needless to say don't bother! Go for a place outside of the mall Note: Look at all the crap job pix posted & all the infections ppl got from coming here. Luckily I've never gotten an infection in my mails from here.

Took my mom to get a pedicure yesterday. I ended up getting gel polish on my nails, in addiction to my pedi. Our total was $75 plus tip. They were so dry and kinda rude, so their tip reflected that
