It’s 10/8, at 5:30am. The young blonde girl who works here at the cashier comes off as a little rude and racist. I came up to checkout. With a smile and said “good morning how are you?” She completely ignores that. Then she looks back with more enthusiasm and says to a coworker “why are rolls coming here now that it’s time for shift change
Please improve your customer service and make everyone feel welcomed

I went in to get a cup of ice and warm up my lunch. As soon as I walked in Matthew greeted me with a warm welcome. Which prompted me to ask him where the microwave was, whereas I would usually walk around the whole store looking for it until I found it. Then I asked him did they have marinara sauce, and he let me know I should check they deli. Where I had the pleasure of meeting James. He went above and beyond getting me what I needed, and we had a great conversation. Overall, a great experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Very friendly staff.

The Daily's Dash here is probably one of the best in the city. Bebe is the best and super professional. Prepares everything perfectly and I'm pretty picky. Thank you BEBE for being amazing. Forever a customer because of you!

The deplorable customer service I received at your store located off of Atlantic Boulevard store 1114 at 5:37pm on Thursday 7/24/25 .
I come to Daily’s every single day To get sweet tea . It is the only facility I’ve found in n fl that has proper southern sweet tea . I arrived at this facility and noticed there was no tea made whatsoever for the day at 530 and asked the female cashier Kayla why was no tea made she turned her back to me and continued cleaning windows , I asked the male cashier why no tea for the day was made he answered he did not know how . I asked the two cooks behind the counter why no tea was made they both looked at me and turned around .
I asked out loud generally why no one was responding to my concerns for there being no sweet tea prepared for today . Kayla your cashier said maybe it’s because you are being belligerent .
I asked Kayla how am I being belligerent by asking for service . She responded it’s because you came in here swearing . I responded by Asking her what curse word have I said . She replied saying I used the “f” word. I told her that was a lie and I’ve said no such thing then I asked for a manager . Ariel beauchamp came without any sense of urgency and without any concern for the fact his direct reports all ignored me needing customer service , he overlooked the fact that I was insulted by Kayla the cashier . I asked Ariel do I seem belligerent to you? He answered no . I responded telling him his cashier has insulted me calling me belligerent when I asked for help and accused me of cursing which I did not do .
I explained to him I came looking for sweet tea there was none made for the day and He agreed to have it made telling me I am welcome to have some unsweetened tea and to add my own sugar.
I explained to him that once tea is cooled it’s is next to impossible to dissolve sugar into it that it would have to be brewed hot in order to sweeten it .
Ariel said that I could wait for the sweet tea to finish being made if I would like to . So I waited .
A customer entered from outside with no shirt and no shoes and retrieve some of the brewing hot tea whilst the pitcher was filling up rather than waiting for it to be complete . He was sold a beverage and a tobacco product but I was informed momentarily after that by Ariel your manager that he and his store are refusing to serve me anything and I must leave immediately.
I asked him why I am being treated this way and a he had to say was they have the right to refuse anyone . I told Ariel your manager I respect that right and will leave however I want to know why I am being asked to leave when I am here quietly waiting for the tea you told me I had the option to wait for . Ariel said it is because I cursed at an employee . I told Ariel this is untrue and we are only minutes past the supposed “incident” check the footage to see if I swore at anyone . Ariel Refused asking me to leave . I informed Ariel I will leave but I will be complaining to any and everyone . I asked him for his employee number to personally complain about his lack of effort managing his direct reports for his lack of concern about his direct reports calling me out of my name and for his poor treatment of me a paying customer who travels 25 mins for a refreshing beverage to be met with the worst customer service I’ve ever received living here in the south and was made to leave a store after being treated worse than a homeless person.
Ariel refused to give his employee number , I asked him if he has done nothing wrong and fully stands behind his actions today what is the issue? Ariel asserts it is private information. I let Ariel know I wanted it to be more precise with the information I give when I complain about him and this company. He still refused.
Daily’s deserves to close if it thinks it can treat the communist poorly then demand they leave the premises after being so openly offended and insulted .

I needed extra help with the car wash last week. The attendant came outside and walked me through the process with a rewash. She was so patient and kind.

Tire pressure machine is non functional, and will release air from the tires instead of adding air to the tires. Needs to be fixed.
Also recently had to cancel my credit card, due to a "fraudulent transaction" from the one of the gas pump stations, happened a month ago.

THE STORE IS CLOSED AT 12:20AM YET ONLINE AND ON THE STORE SAYS ITS 24 HOURS SO WHY IS IT DARK INSIDE WITH AN EMPLOYEE TRYING TO HIDE INSIDE AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED???

People that run the the sandwich and the drinks and the smoothies they got the worst poor customer service skills ever this is number two. I’ve been in there to get me a mango smoothie they’ll walk by you not knowledge you they won’t make the drink. I was stood there and wait over almost 10 minutes before I asked for a refund management. They don’t do nothing about it. They don’t care to address the issue Now don’t give me wrong. I know they got work to do. Let them know that you’re gonna get to drink instead of making them wait and not do it. The customer that was sitting at the counter eating his sandwich knowledge me more than what the employee did. Management needs to be switched out if they’re not gonna handle the issue and find out why they’re doing this and those ladies need to be retrained or fired

RUDE!!! At 4am on 4/23 I just eeded a receipt for my car wash since nobody added paper to pump 12 overnight during their downtime. I could see the cashier from the parking lot, playing on her phone. As I entered the store, a short girl came out of the office (presumably the manager but she wouldn't respond to any of my questions). As I approached the counter, they both proceeded to completely ignore me for a solid 30 seconds while having a conversation with each other. No "hello" or "Welcome to Daily's" or "we'll be right with you"; just standing there like I was invisible. When I brought their inattentiveness to their attention, the excuse I got was "we were having a problem". They handed me my receipt and the short girl (no name tag or manners) kept saying "have a nice day" over and over, as though to dismiss me from her presence. Daily's customer service has gone to absolute hell. It used to be nicer here. Now it's just rude and condescending here. She muttered something rude under her breath as I walked away, I caught the first part "congratulations on being..." something. Absolutely terrible service here. Gross. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
Edit: 24 hours after I posted this review, pump 12 still didn't have any receipt paper. What are you guys even doing there? I couldn't even go inside for the receipt this time because they closed the inside at 2:00 a.m., for whatever reason.

Bad experience I arrived at before 2 and was denied purchase due to the cashiers failures. I will tell everyone this place is the worst and will return to speak with management about this manner. The security was lacking as there was a heavy police presence I do not recommend this daily’s or any daily’s will spend my money elsewhere where poor job indeed and I felt like I would be robbed at any minute

I absolutely love the turkey sandwich combo at Dailies and Dailies Dash! Every time I order it for my grandkids, they're thrilled with the deliciousness that awaits. The fact that it comes with a choice of a cookie or ice cream adds an extra element of delight to their meal. Not only is the combo affordable, but the sandwiches are always freshly made, bursting with flavor and filling even for an adult size appetite. It's a convenient and satisfying option for a quick bite, especially when we're on the go.
