Extremely disappointed! Ordered 3/$10 tacos or $4 for 1 and there was nothing inside. I was so shocked but didn't check my order. I usually don't need too. Do not order the tacos, you'll be going straight to Taco Bell for better ones. I also have a pic and sent to corporate. Just sad.

Had a great experience at this Daily’s today thanks to June. She is excellent and her customer service exceeded all expectations… I went in to buy gas and came out with a renewed outlook - made my whole day!

Staff is rude my card got stuck in the reader so I went inside and the lady at the front before I could even say anything went straight to if it concerns gas I can’t do nothing about it my system is down. Never been treated so rudely will no longer be coming and will be removing their reward system

I love that I can get a freshly made breakfast sandwich quickly. Very friendly lady "cook". The place is always kept neat.

Rude staff. I was in the restroom for 4-5 mins fixing my makeup in the mirror. There was no one in line. The last 30 seconds 2 ladies walked in. One was waiting. This person waiting had been waiting for 30 seconds and I was finishing up. And employee stuck her head and told me the other people were waiting. As if they were waiting for more than 30 seconds. Incredibly rude God for bid I was in there and had an accident or something was wrong and I was being rushed. Over a person standing there for 30 seconds.

This used to be the friendliest and funnest dailies to shop at! Thanks to SMITTY! So you can well imagine that the quality of customer service and ability to keep inventory in stock HAS GONE DOWNHILL Drastically since Smitty's departure. You are continuously out of my cigarette cartons! They are Marlboro s--- they're not some off the wall brand. After three instances of being treated quite rudely by a blonde female manager. I will not return. You have lost a gas, cigarette and grocery customer of 13 + years. I've read other reviews about people voicing their dismay about Smitty's departure- y'all might have made a huge mistake there. just saying. Speedway, here I come.

Recently, I had a rather disheartening experience at this gas station that left me both shocked and concerned. As I pulled into the station, I was greeted by the friendly atmosphere that I have come to expect from this establishment. However, my positive impression took a dark turn when an older male customer began berating a female employee for no apparent reason.As a witness to the incident, I couldn't help but feel appalled by the way the customer mistreated the employee. It was evident that she was doing her best to provide efficient service, amidst the hum of activity. She was trying her best to assist him, but he seemed determined to make her feel small and inadequate. I couldn't fathom what could have motivated such behavior towards someone who was simply doing her job.Given my educational background, I found it perplexing and unsettling to witness this mistreatment unfold. Employees, regardless of their age or gender, should never be subjected to such ill treatment from customers. It was clear that there was no manager, or the next chain-in command, present that day to step in and handle the situation.It's essential for managers to prioritize the well-being of their employees. Employees are human beings too, and they should not be expected to endure mistreatment from customers. Gas station attendants, like all workers, deserve to be treated with respect and dignity while performing their duties.In situations like this, it's crucial for managers to be present and actively intervene if a customer crosses the line. Additionally, customers who engage in abusive behavior towards employees should be held accountable. Everyone in the gas station, from employees to customers, plays a role in maintaining a positive and respectful environment.I hope that in the future, the gas station will take measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their employees. No one should have to endure such treatment in the workplace. As a customer, I believe it's essential to speak up against such behavior and support employees who are doing their best to provide us with a service.

I love this gas station and it's employees! I go here about 4 times a week and everyone is always so pleasant. EXCEPT the new employee they recently hired, Christina. She always rolls her eyes when I walk up to the register and she is not very friendly at all. She makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience. Like she has better things to do than to check me out at the register. I would have given 5 stars, but the new employee is ruining my experience here. I used to enjoy stopping in and saying hi to the workers that were always so nice and so so generous. But now I don't feel very comfortable going here bc of the eye rolls I keep getting from Christina. Maybe she doesn't realize she's doing it ... but it's been every time I've stopped in the past 2 weeks that I've gotten an eye rolls and a demeanor that makes me feel bad for being there. ? to all the other workers, thank you for always being so nice!! And to the male worker that went from the register to the cooking area. He was the best!!! He made me feel so welcome and he always remembered my usual items so I didn't have to ask for them. He always put a smile on my face every time I saw him!!

I gave the cashier a $20 and a $10 bill. I then told him that I wanted $25 for gas. He then asked me if I was okay with getting coins for change, because he was out of dollar bills. He then gave me his last dollar bill, and counted the rest out in quarters which I was fine with. However, I didn't like that he placed all of the change on the counter for me to pick it up off the counter. Although I placed my cash in his hand. Definitely didn't like that!Daily's on Hodges

Tried to get a sandwich here but the experience was horrible. Waited to get my sandwich made while all the deli workers sat at a table and talked for about 20 minutes before I had to ask them directly to make the sandwich. Expected to get my lunch and be in my way back to work but was extremely inconvenienced by the workers simple lack of care.
