I like shopping here and can usually find what I'm looking for. But you guys really need to do something about the fitting room situation. There are 2 rooms for the entire store and the last 3 times I've been here I've had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get into a room. There is a whole fitting room section in the back of the store that's always closed.

I bought 2 charger cables one of them is not doesn't stay charging had the receipt to exchange like for like said I needed the box you can keep the new box and just give me the cord it's like for like same SKU they wouldn't do it it was only 4.99 it's the principal of it I spend money in DDs all the time so this is a sad example of customer service I can understand if it wasn't the same exact item but it's late I get it just sad I had only went in for pants and my receipt you can see spent almost 100

It is a very good store since you find very cheap prices and there is a lot of abundance, only the customer service is terrible, there is a lady who treats customers very badly, in fact, I have been served twice and it is very unpleasant. I don't know her name but she is an older lady who apparently is from Puerto Rico because of the very bad accent she has treated me several times, that's why I only give her 3 stars

The place is super messy, a lot of items lying on the floor, the children's toy section is total chaos... what is to be admired is the politeness and kindness of the cashiers.

Store wasn't very stocked. Clothes were on floor. Not enough cashiers to check out the long line of people. The cashier was friendly and was doing a great job.

Obviously you can find some great deals. But the line is usually so long and people who shop there I think resell the clothes so you get people with their carts overflowing that take 45 minutes to check out. And the store is almost always a mess, though I understand with the kind of customer base this has. Shopping is NOT a pleasure here, but at least you can find some cheap stuff.

We always get a lot of good deals at DD’s most of that I be looking up online DD has for the same amount or either lower. My daughter got her graduation dress and shoes from there.
