It's just a mess at 9:40am how do the store look like this. The kids area shoes everywhere. From the men's to the kids I never seen some many items on the floor. You can not walk that back wall It's not safe.

This 1 nasty store hangers all over the floor trash all under the racks. And merchandise everywhere need to be picked up. It's just 10:22am why this store so nasty. Let take about the bathroom the smell and no tissue at all.

Love the selection price is good but the girl at the register on Tuesday night July 9 2024 at 9:07 pm at the 103 location was the rudest lady I have ever seen she made us stand there for almost 10 minutes in line why she just hung hangers up and we got tired of waiting we walk up to the register she rolled her eyes at us and said I wasn't ready for yall she was so rude and we wad just as nice as we could be. She was nasty as hell she wasn't wearing a name tag either . She don't need to deal with customer

Good place to find some deals on various items, kinda like a TJMax, clientele is about average for this area, music was off-putting. Staff was friendly and store was clean though.

My recent visit to DD Discount in Bellflower left much to be desired. Unfortunately, my overall experience was below expectations, and here's why: 1. Organization and Cleanliness: 2/5 Upon entering the store, I couldn't help but notice the lack of organization and cleanliness. Shelves were disheveled, and it felt like finding anything was a bit of a scavenger hunt. A more orderly presentation would significantly improve the shopping experience. 2. Customer Service: 2/5 The customer service was mediocre at best. Staff members seemed disinterested and unapproachable. I had a few questions, and it felt like a burden to get assistance. Friendliness and a helpful attitude go a long way in making customers feel valued. 3. Product Quality: 2/5 While DD Discount prides itself on offering discounted products, the quality of some items was questionable. It's understandable that discounts may come with certain trade-offs, but a balance between affordability and reasonable quality is crucial for customer satisfaction. 4. Checkout Experience: 2/5 The checkout process was slow, with long lines and a lack of sufficient staff. Improving the efficiency of the checkout system would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Store Ambiance: 3/5 The store's ambiance was just average. It didn't feel particularly inviting or well-maintained. A few improvements in lighting and overall aesthetics could make a noticeable difference. In conclusion, my visit to DD Discount in Bellflower was less than satisfactory. With a focus on better organization, improved customer service, and a commitment to offering products of reasonable quality, the store has the potential to elevate its standing within the community. As it stands, I'm hesitant to return unless I hear of significant improvements.
