I rarely write bad reviews but when I do it's bad. The same day delivery was pn time however the fruit was warm, apple slices were brown. It tasted old and not fresh unfortunately. I did like the chocolate covered pineapple.

I ordered an arrangement for my husband for our anniversary. They were prompt on my order time and he said it was fresh, delicious, and a very beautiful arrangement. We will use them again for sure.

Arrangement was delivered at 4:40pm to a business location that was last known to me to be accurate (the actual address was across the street due to the business moving 3 weeks prior to me ordering the arrangement), and where there was no one at the front desk. The driver did not call to find out if the recipient (my mom) was in the building or not. Just horrible service and a lack of common sense to use the information that was asked for during ordering to ensure the arrangement gets to the correct person it was intended for
but instead the arrangement ended up sitting in the building over night and going bad. Such a waste of $80 for my mom's birthday. I should have went with my first choice of Edible Arrangements instead!

Decofruit was contracted by 1-800-flowers for an order that I paid for as a Thanksgiving gift. The $130 order was guaranteed for delivery before Thanksgiving. However, at 3:00 on the delivery date, I received an email that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. After finding the shop myself and calling, I was greeted by a guy who first stated he was the owner. He told me that the driver had went to the address, but nobody was home. This was untrue because there were six adults home all day! He ignored what I said and informed me that the delivery would not be until the next day. This made no sense that an expensive delivery that was supposedly out in a car would just be brought back to the store. Then, the employee said I should just cancel the order. Again, it’s better to cancel an order that is supposedly already made??? I asked the employee to call the driver and just send a picture of the order. This led to him telling me I was rude! He refused to do anything and my theory is that there was no prepared order. The plan was to just delivery whenever they wanted. I was able to get a refund, but it left a bad taste for sure. I was able to call Edible Arrangements on St. John’s Avenue and they took the order and delivered without incident. Don’t pay for bad service!!

I had gotten a Groupon for Decofruit a long time ago and forgot about it, they sent me an email saying it was getting close to expiring. I tried to go online to order, but could not figure out how to redeem the Groupon . So then I called and wanted to just swing by and pick up a dozen chocolate covered strawberries but the guy informed me you cannot just stop in you have to pre order everything.... so I finally ordered my strawberries and he took the Groupon over the phone and I still had to pay $10 extra which I'm not sure why, I had a little difficult understanding because he was primarily Spanish speaking, but after all that once we got the strawberries they were wonderful!! Lol I was thinking this was a pain in the butt to get these better be good! Lol! The strawberries were huge and decorated beautifully! We all devoured them! Thumbs up! Only suggestion would be able to order online and redeem Groupon too.

Just received a fruit bouquet from them. To start the driver was so nice!! Wishes me well. As soon as I opened the fruit the aroma of the fresh fruit was overwhelming.

I was surprised with an assortment of chocolate dipped fruit for my birthday and loved it so much I sent one to my friend. I found a certificate on line (local flavor) and thought I'd check them out. Great customer service the gentleman said to check out the website to have an idea and we could place the order over phone, on line or in person. They offer delivery for an additional fee as well as balloons, stuffed animals or extra dipped fruits. It was delivered at the scheduled time and my friend was delighted. They also offer a coupon on yelp if you check in.

Got a delivery last week the girl Kate text me and told me it was at my door I went to my door there was nothing there and I called her and she told me she took it to another apartment door and then she scolded me for my sister having a wrong address on there my address that was on there with my mailing address and that’s the same delivery address and she kept telling me that my sister should’ve put the office address to the apartment on there. I will not Recommend them. The strawberries were good but delivery was terrible and delivery driver arguing with you about it not professional.

I've recently been the recipient of many Decofruit-Jacksonville arrangements and they are wonderful! Fresh and delicious fruit and kind delivery drivers. Thank you for making my recovery even that much easier!
