Tremendous bad service, they haven't put the food stamps on me and I spent the 19th and nothing, the government has to change that system that doesn't work.

Talked to me for less than 5 minutes and said they were going to transfer me to someone higher up and immediately left me on hold. Jerry could barely speak to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times to understand him. Was left on hold close to an hour, worst customer service in history. Overall worst experience, garbage service, and thanks for nothing. If I could leave zero stars I would.
