Our Consultant, Matt Wells, is AWESOME! He has fantastic customer service and is literally only a phone call away whenever we have questions regarding our copiers & printers. If he doesn't have the answer on the spot, he will get the question answered and call us right back. I only wish all of our vendors were as helpful as him. We are new customers with Dex Imaging, but so far, they have exceeded our expectations. Our large copier is incredible, and I've had no complaints from our staff with their desktop printers. I would highly recommend this company and most especially Matt, if you're looking to make a change from your current vendor! You won't be disappointed!

Warning: Do not do business with Dex Imaging or any other company who uses Marlin Business Services Corp. for their financing. We trusted the sales rep and entered into a lease for 2 machines less than a year ago. What is not made clear is that Dex is the service provider and the lease financing is done through a company called Marlin Business Services Corp. As you will read below, Dex clearly has no pull or power with Marlin to assist you after you are locked into the lease they present to you. The copier needs of our Firm changed recently and we only need 1 machine instead of 2. I contacted Dex about reducing our lease down to just the 1 machine. They said in order to do that I would need to find someone else to take over the lease on the second machine. Not having any prospects, I called Marlin and asked how much it would cost to terminate the lease with respect to 1 of the machines. They told me they could only terminate the entire lease, not just 1 machine, and that it would cost over $14,000 to do so. Mind you, these are 2 modest Kyocera machines. So I spent more of my time and found another company to take over the lease for 1 of the machines. I provided the name and contact information for that company to Dex almost a month ago. After repeated emails to Dex asking for the status of the transfer or restructure of the lease, my office manager received a call today from a woman at Marlin who told her they were unwilling to split the lease as I was told they could do previously. When they had no solution to this problem, I suggested that they terminate my current lease at no cost, and that I would execute a new lease on the single machine and have the other company do the same. I anticipate this solution would not only keep the customer happy, but earn Marlin and Dex more money. The woman said No, we have a signed lease. I asked to speak to her supervisor, who also said No, we have a signed lease. I am now waiting on a call back from that woman's supervisor to see if anyone at Marlin is reasonable and can independently think outside their script which clearly only contains the word No. As an attorney I understand the nature of a lease and the contractual obligations it creates. I would also understand if I was trying to terminate my lease early. However, I not only have provided them a solution, but a solution that earns them more money and they still just say, No. If I were a shareholder of Marlin it would concern me that such poor business decisions are being made by employees. As for Dex, which is a private company who prides itself on customer service and ability to get great rates for their clients because of their clout with lenders, they clearly are not being honest with consumers. Based on my experience for my Firm, I advise you not to do business with Dex or any other company who uses Marlin for their lease financing. This would be a zero star review if possible.

This Company provided us with copy machines and gave us terrible service. We decided to switch companies when our lease was up and have spent 5 months trying to return the old machines. We keep getting the run around and will never give us an RA. Now they are trying to charge us for usage when the machines were not even plugged up. Dex is also saying our expired contract renewed and we owe them $20.000.00. We have had another companies machines in place for 5 months. Terrible management and follow through.
