Profiled by staff members... i was asked within 20 seconds of touching the on clouds did I need help. That would sound great if I was not asked by someone 20 seconds earlier on the aisle. Plus had someone waiting for me to exit the bathroom and another worker had to wash his hands while I was in the bathroom. Not the way your treat brown people but again no brown people were I side working. Dang shame

First time at the store to get some pan fishing gear and tackle box. The fishing department is useless, stock is super small, wal mart has more options than this store.

Had nice guy in the shoe department sell me o some on clouds I told him they were very tight and he said they stretch out but you have 30 days to return if they don’t I asked but they are white if I wear a weak at work they will get some scuffs and stuff he said it didn’t matter as long as it was within 30 days one week later and they didn’t stretch went to Tetris. And the manager said she didn’t care what he said I couldn’t return them because they are not in new condition and she didn’t care what he said

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the "No Sweat Protection Plan" that I purchased from your Jacsonville store. I was sold a one-year replacement plan for my son's batting glove under the assurance that it was a no-questions-asked warranty. I was informed that all I needed to do was take a picture of my receipt, send in the defective glove, and I would receive a gift card to replace it. Despite following all the steps as instructed, I have yet to receive the promised gift card, leaving me unable to replace the glove. The store representative assured me that this process would be simple and quick, yet this has not been my experience. To make matters worse, upon further investigation, I found multiple complaints online dating back to 2021, with other customers facing the same issue. It seems that Dick's Sporting Goods has a recurring problem with honoring the protection plans sold to consumers, which is deeply concerning and feels like a deceptive practice. I will do my best to report this matter in every social media outlet and state consumer report. We all need to report this fraud with Dicks Sporting GOOd taking advantage of the consumer. #dicksportinggood. #dickssportingfraud

Hospitality and demeanor of the staff is always top tier. They are always nice and friendly. The inventory on the other hand is absolutely terrible. They have let me down time and time again, but today took the cake. This Dicks store did not have one cleat sized 6.5 to 8 (kids/men) in Soccer nor Football, in their entire inventory. A last minute stop turning into 30 minutes with nothing accomplished. I will not be returning. Got a pair from Academy within minutes.

Why would any self-respecting Floridian shop at this store? If you're a UF fan, your covered. If you're a UGA fan, you're covered. Even if you're a UCF fan, you're covered! Heck, if you are a KC Chiefs or 49ers fan, you're covered! If you are a FSU fan, go pound sand is basically what this store says. Not one piece of FSU gear! None!!!! Well I'll take their advice and keep my money in my pocket!

Went here to get a foldable chair as a Father’s Day present. They didn’t have the colorway we were looking for but the associate Zion that helped us took the time to look in the back and in the selling location with us for it. This was right before the store closed too so really appreciated the assistance and professionalism from this young man!

Had a great experience with one of the associates, Tia. She and her colleagues helped track down a hard-to-find set of running shoes for me in advance, and reserved them for me behind the desk. Friendly, professional, service-oriented. 5/5.

My experience with this location has always been Great! I came in today with a Return. Upon entering the store it was clean the staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered. There were two associates at the register Chelsea who was on the second register and another associate who was on the first. Very nice young man. I explained to them both what I needed and what I was looking for (they both could have pointed in the direction where I could find the items) Chelsea offered to help. We found the items and she gave me options. She offered Great, Great customer service and was very helpful. To the staff keep up the good work and Chelsea keep being yourself. You left an impression on me. You did an outstanding job today. ?

Rated my experience a 1 because of the delivery service they use called AIG delivery. I purchased a 1,000.00 dollar treadmill. The delivery person delivered by himself my son had to help him after delivery he left the box in the yard didn't take it. I called the store they cntct the dlvry srvc I contacted them 3x got no return calls. Finally I called again was told they couldn't come till next week. I called str mngr back and they are to come next day to pick up the box. Fingers crossed. Poor service in my experience. Salesperson was helpful about the equipment but the service? Failed.

Please don't allow this store to assemble your bicycle if you purchase from here. You will come out better getting a 5yr old to do it. Trust these words. I think they assemble it (to fall apart as you ride) so that the word will get around and no one will ask them to assemble. It's the only thing that make sense

The staff here is always friendly but on my last visit my 4 year old lost her new pink hat inside the store and we looked and searched and left thinking it was gone forever. We let the team know that it was missing and gave them our number with little hope of her hat showing back up.Within 45 mins Mr.JIMBO came to the rescue of finding my little girls hat! He really didn’t have to keep looking and my family is very thankful for him going the extra mile. ♂️
