Price discrepancy and Dillard’s refuses to honor the lower price. I purchased this jacket and pulled up a photo to send my daughter only to find the price shown was over $15 less! This was only a few hours after my purchase! Customer service said they do not “price match”! This was not price matching and I didn’t have time for a 40 minute round trip drive! Disgraceful customer service. Dillard’s, you should be ashamed.

Luis De Lorne was my rep in the men's clothing section. While it took nearly four months to get 2 suits made, that didn't bother me nearly as much as being—at best misled, and—at worst, lied to.
I asked Luis to be honest with me if a suit needed alterations or not because, not being a designer myself, I could use all the help I could get and he, it would seem, was the right guy for the job...or so I thought.
The first suit came back in 6 weeks without too much problem, but the second suit was a different story.
The second suit was missing fabric in the left chest section that caved in (so to speak) in that area which looked awful. Luis said it was simply a dry cleaning issue and he'd see what he could do. Well, that didn't work because it was a tailoring issue having been made haphazardly. Then he ordered another suit to be made.
The second suit looked literally like a Frankenstein stitching operation. Absolutely horrid. But again, Luis said nothing. So I ask the man standing next to me, "Would you buy a suit haphazardly stitched like this?" The man abruptly said, "No".
Anyway, a third suit was finally ordered after I rather persuasively threatened the company in significant ways.
In summary: I'm a patient man, in as all I ask is don't lie to me. I didn't think that was much to ask.

Never in my life thought that I would write a bad review about any business or place really no matter how horrible the experience but now is the time!!
this is outrageous!!! I've been spending a $1000 a month for the past 20 years at my favorite place Dillard's until yesterday
I was purchasing a $1000 with of colognes last month when the girl recommended that I should fill up this form which included my credit card info and come back on the 15 of this month for a $200 discount and I agreed and filled out the form even though I was willing to pay the full amount cash at the Time I decided to take her advice
And came back yesterday with a differnt credit card because my card was hacked and was ready for my purchase and also had cash in pocket they refused to give me the discount that I really didn't even want at the first place because I'm using a different card
Who cares it's still My card and under my name
Girl asked the manager and she refused to help in the situation
What a joke and refused to sell me
And yes I do spend 1000 a month I have all my receipts..
Went to Macy's website and got my stuff for $200 less anyway
My whole family is going to boycott this place .

Bad customer service. I purchased 5 perfumes last month and they said to come pick them up November 15 with a discount. When I went yesterday they refused to give them to me and said I have to pay full price which I didn’t care about. Why telling me to wait for the sale if you won’t honor your word. I end up buying them from another place. Too bad. You lost a customer.

In years past, Dillards was my go to store. I have always bought all my suits there as well as dress paints and shirts. However, i have noted a slow decrease in customer service. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I returned a bra for my wife that was shipped. I placed the entire contents of the package along with the paperwork neatly in a small bag. When i handed the bag to the salesperson, she grabbed it out of my hand and started shaking it very hard from the bottom. Her movements were so violent, the contents of the bag went flying, striking the customer on my left in the face with a piece of paper. The salesperson didn't apologize just grabbed the paper away from the customer. The customer said "sorry" in disbelief. She handled the situration better than i would (I would have demanded to see the store manager). Without saying anything, the salesperson, completed the return and handed me the return receipt.
I will not be returning.
