Mike is amazing!!!! he has been doing my taxes for many years and he never disappoints. I had a hard year and I thought I was to owe a lot of money. Needless to say he got me back $175!!!!! Highly recommend them! Love you Mike!

I went to do my taxes with them for the first time. Although the service was fast, they did nothing to save me money. They simply entered my W-2 and submitted and then told me that I owed the IRS $1,400 and in addition their service fee was $200. This was the first and the last times I am using their services. I never paid that much in taxes. I definitely do not recommend

Well, this 5-Star review is really for what they did to "make things right." There was a large section that was missed (securities) on my 2021 federal tax return which, subsequently, had us receiving a nastygram from the IRS. An honest mistake and oversight. Granted, this sent me into a frenzy, but DirecTax calmly went into action to help correct the issue. They generated a 1040X which helped to lower the amount required to the IRS and provided guidance to possibly get the interest and penalty waived...but, that could not happen with my situation. It was quite easy to communicate with the company and they willingly kept me abreast with any and all situations with regards to making things right by reimbursing the penalty and interest...as well as reimbursing the preparation fees for the 2021 tax year. This is obviously something that DirecTax should do, but the way they communicated with me via mail, email and phone, helped to alleviate the stress in my life with regards to this situation. In no way, shape, or form am I saying that they will do this for everyone as I am sure it is situational. Thank you very much, DirecTax!
