Chandler (& Michael) dismantled & reinstalled our shower glass while our shower was undergoing a repair. We were very happy with their work. Chandler, who did the reinstallation single-handidly, was particularly professional, meticulous and personable.

The manager of Discount glass company , Lisa is a very rude person very argumentative and plain nasty, the company shd review the recorded conversation ( that is if it is recorded as she claimed,) she needs to to be retrained on how to be professional and not a street talker, her nasty attitude reflects on the company and the owner.

I spoken scheduled a estimate with the front office the lady was very nice Trevor who came to do the estimate was amazing but unfortunately two days later I got a call from the office informing me that the vendor was backed up in they could not build the glass the job that I am on is time-critical in this killed five days it seems to me that if that was the case with the vendor they should have informed me immediately. I hope in the future that if the situation like this arises they would inform their customer immediately and not waste 5 days of the schedule.

Constant excellent service: in the customers service, the appraisal procedure and the installation. Today I called the office and received excellent customer service from Will S. He answered my questions, clarified my knowledge and suggested an easy procedure to follow. Strongly recommended.
