We had an appointment for Wednesday afternoon for tire installation. The tire were expected to arrive on Wednesday as well. The tire came in on Tuesday afternoon. They were very accommodating in fitting us in on Tuesday to finish the job. Thanks. Will come in again.

These guys are pathetic and lazy. Stood in the store for five minutes before being greeted, then gave excuses on why they didn’t have time to work on my truck. Management needs to be fired and replaced with someone who believes in customer service. I’ll never stop here again

My interaction with getting tires here has been one of the best!
The waiting area is very clean and the employees treat you like a valued guest.
I would highly recommend this place if you want competitive pricing with honest options .

I was really surprised by the amount of people that were not in the waiting room. They were getting tires on and getting the customer out the door. I would definitely recommend the at 103 rd street for tire service.

Every time I come the staff has OUTSTANDING customer service. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jake and Jeremiah, they were extremely patient relatable and understanding. Jake took the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Jeremiah was notified of my situation and jumped right on it so I could keep my schedule. This team works great together and had me out before I even finished this comment!! I called other tire places and they were charging the same price for USED tires. Discount tire is by far the best tire spot in Jacksonville. I will never go anywhere else. The best price with the best service you can’t find this just anywhere! They have a great culture here.

Wonderful experience! Very little wait time and turnover of job completion. I appreciate the organization and cleanliness of the store. Well A/C and spacious waiting areas. Eric was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered recommendation with no push back effects.

These guys were amazing in customer service and speed. I have definitely had a great experience and found my new tire store. They were also the only place that carried the tires I wanted. Totally would recommend this store.

Awesome, these replaced my old leaky valve stems and rotated all my tires for free. It was a wait but it was worth, plus I only live like 5 minutes away
