I have been going to Discount Tires to buy tires and tire service for a long time. Their employees are always very courteous and have good service. If you have an apt, they get you in and out very quickly. Their prices are very competitive as well.

Been going to discount tires for year's, for year's this my first time coming here never experienced.This problem until I went ti this one on Atlantic boulevard. had Waited 3 hours when it got something to eat.Patiently.To come back, my car still was not ready.I went talked to manager keith I paid $600 for tires.Leave here go home next day I just don't feel right in my car something was wrong had get off work earlier Went to discount tire place on Kingsley. To fixed problem Where going all time to find out? I know, 9440 Atlantic boulevard didn't balance my tires properly. Negligence made me feel very uncomfortable. I call Keith. This issue is still ongoing I have contacted BBB, so be careful. Make sure they bounced your ties. Well, because mine was not one tire was 2.75. And other tire was .75 negligent I was very upset never will come here again reason I went Discount tires on Atlantic boulevar I had flat so I had to go to nearest which was on 9440 Atlantic boulevard.

From my first phone call to actually replacing my tires, I was pleased. I called several tire places to price quote and see where I could get in. I also have a bit of an unusual tire size so I like to call ahead and make sure the shop doesn’t have to order. This is a frustrating process as I do not encounter kindness and understanding. To my absolute surprise, Victor not only gave me excellent customer service but helped me by ordering my tires and working with me instead of against me. I am leaving here not feeling taken advantage of or spoken down to. The entire staff is kind, explains what’s happening, and there were no surprise fees or charges. They are communicative and the shop is clean and comfortable. I will tell anyone who listens to come support these guys. It’s worth it.

Honestly the only tire shop where you can pop in for a free leak repair and be out in less than an hour. Faster if you make an appointment on the website. They move with purpose and get it done over here.

Claims they will service your tires if they get a nail in it or whatever, but will also invent A reason not to follow up on their promise. Do not do business here. Bad people!

I had the best experience at this discount tire! Jacob was phenomenal— from the moment he answered the phone, he made everything happen seamlessly. I had just noticed a nail in my tire at the end of the day and wasn’t sure if I would be able to get it in before the store closed. The actual changing of the tire was also super quick. The team really made it happen! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back in the future.

First time I got tires put on was during a tire emergency, and I received excellent service.
Second time, I got tires for another car and again had excellent service.
I could not recommend anyone else. This is the place to go!
Add on: Yep, got a nail, and guess what, it was fixed here, and I was back in the road in no time!

Adam knows what he is doing! We use Discount for our shop vehicles as well as personal. Always a great experience. Knowledgeable guys for sure!
