In bad need of new tires. I’ve dealt with the Blanding location and they had given me awesome service! Travis at the Philips location was awesome as well! He was able to get me 4 tires and within my budget. Thank you Travis !!!!

I've been here s few times and I always get great service! Very nice staff.
Updating to confirm that after a few more visits I am still receiving great service. Twice my visits have been no charge. I find them to be very honest and polite.

Despite their main lobby being under construction right now, they are running smooth as a whistle out of a mobile unit. They even paid for luxury mobile bathrooms for customers.
GET THE ROAD CERTIFICATIONS!! They pay for themselves. I got a brand new set in August, and got a screw in my tire two days ago. They had it patched for free in less than two hours on a walk in. They assured me if I needed a brand new tire that would be free too. Patch is holding like a dream. Thank you guys!

Was about time to get my tires replaced after 2 years of having my vehicle and given I will be moving this year across the country it was going to be needed. so I called to see if they were running any specials currently and if they had the same brand of tire I currently had on my vehicle given they are the best tires I've ever owned on a vehicle and were able to quote me a great price on the tires i wanted. However I wanted to call around to find the best price available and eventually was able to talk with midas and they were willing to beat discount's original price but they weren't able to get it done that day, which is originally the time frame I needed it to be done. So I called discount back and I told them midas was offering less however the original gentleman I spoke to on the phone was surprisingly able to beat midas's by much less and were able to have the tires in withinthat day so i set up an appointment for 4 p.m.
When the time arrived I noticed that they were visibly busy with one younger gentleman literally running around trying to provide the best service possible to clientele , which given by the reviews I knew that they provide great service and that I was in good hands. I was eventually seen within 1-2 min for my initial appointment and I asked them how long it would take given that they appeared busy and they told me they'll have me out within the hour which was crazy regardless if I wasn't out by then I would of understood given the circumstances. As I waited one of the staff members comes up to me after inspection of my vehicle and says he noticed the color scheme of my vehicle was blue and black and that they have black lug nuts they could add my order that would help accent the theme of my vehicle & we were able to negotiate the price of them as well. Overall they were able to get me out within the hour and I will definately be coming back for other another vehicle service maintence. Thank you discount!

DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE WITH YOU. Sham sales ppl. Try to put women in difficult situations to purchase overpriced tires. Ive been told by other store reps they have a price match policy. Rep didn't offer to match price for comparable tire. Rep didn't offer to put spare on car, only said it needed to be towed. Vehicle was driven to location with air in tire. Rep put tire back on wheel without beading the seal or air in tire. All around felt taken advantage of!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! LYNN YOU'RE WELCOME TO GET INFO FROM STORE AND CALL ME. IF THEY KNOW WHO WROTE THIS THAT'LL GIVE YOUR FIRST INFO TO KNOW THEY DIDN'T HANDLE IT WELL. OTHERWISE THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE A CLUE WHO WROTE IT. BUT I'M SURE THEY DO BECAUSE I'M NOT HAPPY!!!

Got new rims for Christmas. Bought Goodyears on the Website and made a 9:00AM appointment. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:05AM and it was completed before 9:00AM. They put the new tires on the new rims and swapped over the TPMS. When I picked up the vehicle and old wheels I found that they had put valve stems into the old tires and aired them back up as well. Could not have been any more efficient. Customer Service and Price were 5 Star as well. Thanks Discount Tire!!!!!!
