First time ever getting tires from Discount Tire and I regret not using them in the past. All team members were informative and professional. A.J assisted me and was straight forward with information and honesty about getting my truck serviced for new tires and alignment. I ended up waiting longer than expected for my alignment due to issues with the machine. That all got sorted out and A.J told me to not worry about alignment as it was on the house for the time it took.

I ordered my tires on line and set up my appointment at the same time. I wasn't sure how well this would work. But it was perfect the were waiting for me took my car immediately and finished early. The store was crowed and I looked amazed that it so fast the great gentleman that waited on me said" appointments matter here" how refreshing. /

I have been to Mavis Tire, Tire Kingdom, Tires Plus, Firestone, Les Schwab in Washington State and many many more. NOT A SINGLE company or store can stand upto the customer service and satisfaction from a place of business such as the DISCOUNT TIRE located on Skymarks drive inJacksonville Florida. The store manager (AJ) is definitely doing things correctly. All of the associates there (as I was looking) throughout the store was smiling and truly seemed to love their jobs and helping others. The service provided was FAST, has proven to be Quality, and was handled with the upmost professionalism. I will NEVER go to any other location or Tire company other than DISCOUNT TIRE. GREAT JOB AJ to you and ALL of your employees as you guys DEFINITELY deserve recognition! Thanks guys you hit it out of the park.!

Every since a family member of mine moved on from this location I've had nothing but problems .. not gonna elaborate because I don't have any more energy to waste , I'm very dissatisfied with this establishment , and I would advise avoiding it ... I will say this , I was told to go to Terrys' Tires by an employee there this morning, when looking to get a tire plugged dead center of the tread , and i was turned away ... very piss poor ..
And my family will be washing our hands of you ...
Ps don't waste time with an automated response because we know it's not gonna fix the issue

I bought four new tires a month ago. I didn’t but the road has your warranty
and last night I ran over some metal in the road believe it or not right in front of the store. Took my tire to them the next day. They let me purchase the road hazard warranty and replace my tire within 30 minutes. This place is well organized.

At one time, I would shop different tire stores and compare them to discount tire. After a while you learn they have the best prices and the best service. There is no need to shop anywhere else.

We stopped in this location while passing through to get a new spare tire on our rim after experiencing a flat the day before. Not only did they have the heavier trailer tire in stock, but they also installed it quickly so we could get back on the road. Excellent customer service - friendly and efficient!

Always fantastic service at Discount Tire. I had a slow leak in one tire that was on the shoulder of the tire so unfortunately could not be fixed. A replacement had to be special ordered and its arrival was delayed due to a snowstorm in Georgia. I had to drive to an appointment 375 miles away, so Aaron arranged for a new temporary replacement so I could travel safely. I was kept up to date on the arrival of the special order and had it installed upon my return. There was no charge for the temporary replacement. That's great service!

Not only do they have amazing customer service. This is one of the few corporations that actually cares about people the fact that they are willing to fix tires for free because they want people to be on the road Safe truly says something about the integrity of this company could not recommend them more. They are also extremely supportive of military
