I like to go to this discount tire a lot. Every Cecile I have, I get the tires from here. Just had a bad experience today where I went and was promised a time that the car would be done within a certain time for rotation. It wasn’t done and I had to take the car without the services rendered since I have work.

Typically a good service center. This visit there was the issue of replacing the wrong tire, so I had to wait extra time after I inspected the vehicle for things to be corrected. I also had to reset the tire pressure in all tires as the service attendant inflated the tires incorrectly.

Called in the day before to make sure they had the tires I wanted in stock, and made an appointment for 8 am right when they opened. Got there at 8:10. I asked Kyle the manager how long it would take and he said 10:30 at the very latest. I was surprised to hear it would take that long, been coming to discount for a number of years and never had new tires take longer than 45 minutes when I had an appointment. But didn’t want to complain cause I assumed they were just busy, I had to reschedule two meetings I had because of it. I then sat there for almost 2 hours and saw people come in with no appointment to get tires rotated, tire leaks checked. Then watched all of their cars go in and come out of the bay while mine sat in the lot. Finally at 10 o clock I asked why my car hadn’t gone in and they very clearly had just forgot about it. They said it would come in right after the car in the first bay was done. Sure enough the first car leaves and the car of a girl who had walked in the shop maybe 5 minutes prior with no appointment gets pulled in for a rotation. I asked them again why her car went in before mine when she just walked in and they said sorry hers is just a rotation it’ll be quick. Even more infuriating is when they finally get my car in it takes them maybe 15 minutes to get the new tires on and have my car out. By this point it’s 10:45. I had been there for 2 and a half hours with an appointment and watched maybe 10 other people with no appointment get taken care of before me. Dropping 1500 dollars on tires is painful enough of an experience, then watching everybody else get their free maintenance checks and services done with no appointment is just salt in the wound.
I own a business in the home service industry where customer service is everything. Kyle the manager is the one who dropped the ball. Checked me in then maybe made this mistake of not putting me in the queue and didn’t follow up on the progress until I had to ask what was taking so long. Then a girl employee whose name I didn’t catch came in and sped up the process in the bay and fixed the problem for him. If she hadn’t done that I would be have been there for far longer.

Been customer 13 yrs have 4 vehicles. Called to sch normal rotation 5k miles, girl store put me on hold she said to help other customers. 13 min later still on hold. I hang up she calls me back makes me appt for 4:30 pm. Get store 4:30 they say she sch appt for 4pm, I would have to come back. They act like they going me a favor doing rotation at all and say they will have me done by 6:30 pm (1/2 hr after store closes). Very poor Cust Serv putting me on hold, to help someone else, then forget about me, call me back only to sch appt at diff time than I was told. Not managed well employees would rather make u wait to take other calls to “sell” tires and forget about u than take 30 sec to sch an appt.

Amazing place!! Got a discount too for my job when getting new tires. Connor was the one that helped me and was super kind!! I was in & out in under an hour. Will definitely be back.

Super fast! Was able to schedule a drop off time online. Dropped it off and car was ready in less than 1 hour. And they didn’t even charge me for fixing the hole in the tire! Thanks guys!

Had a tire ruined by debris on the road. Discount Tire replaced it the same day by getting it delivered to their store. Very friendly and professional. They overinflated the new tire and didn't fill the other three which needed it, but they accomplished what I needed done very quickly.
