This place was well stocked, clean floors, and I found my product pretty quickly.
When I got in line, I noticed it was wrapped around and nearly in the isles. I thought maybe they were short staffed. Idk what the issue was, but self checkout was out and there was only 1 cashier.
Bri, I think her name was, super friendly. 100% will come back to this store, just...try to get her some help. I counted 4 people ahead of me and 3 behind. Store was not super busy.
Thank you Bri, for making my shopping trip better, just by being friendly and giving me a smile. 👏

I am a military spouse stationed here. My husband is a US Navy Chief. I purchased blueberries last night, after eating them, I immediately felt sick & begin vomiting. I went back to look at the date & it says 7.05.25. They expired on the 5th, today is the 7.22.24. I went back the next day to return them. The manager Kamryn was very rude, would not refund my money without a receipt. I purchased $50 worth of items & I shop in there often. Also, there were more expired blueberries on the shelf. Consider the fact that I vomited should have been enough. Then she says I can exchange them. I go look on the shelf, more expired items. The need a visit from the Health Department asap!

Woman kept quoting state law wrong with her sassy little worthless attitude and kept scrunching her face up like she was either trying to make herself less attractive "hard to do" or that might have been the mean face she'd been practicing in the mirror, keep practicing. Dollar General doesn't seem to appreciate the older and elderly, I'm going to Family Dollar were there nice to people and not Prejudice to the elderly.

i come here all the time, its usually great customer service. i understand wanting to close up a few minutes early but the doors were completely locked up and everything at 9:56, i couldnt get anyone’s attention inside so i just left.

There’s a heavyset, light skinned guy with an afro that works at this location. I don’t know if he’s illiterate or he was high on something. I asked him a simple question and he was looking at me like I was speaking foreign language. Eventually I had to end up helping myself. I know you don’t need a Masters Degree to work in a Dollar General store but a high school diploma would be nice. This way you’ll at least have common sense. The one star is for him. Not the store.

Food was sprouted and got molded in a couple of days. So by me moving and rushing there to get a little things it wasn't what I bargain for. I ask the cashier about the sprouted onion and she was like I don't think you can get a discount. Service was 4 out of 10. This place is more like a convenience store not somewhere you shop for groceries. The area is okay when it comes to the inside they have stocking carts filled with merchandise which someone can easily push and get around but not safe.

On jan 8th at 1pm we were browsing the supposed clearance section of Christmas items. The items kept ringing up full price. When asked about it the employee on duty, not in uniform and also not wearing a name tag of any kind, said that the items were not Christmas items but regular stock with and extremely bad attitude. The items in question literally said Christmas on them, i.e. lights garland, figures, decorative plaques. This will cause a loss of business this store is not bieng managed properly

Normal mess in any DG store BUT! Love the employees who was working on the 21st of may. Those ladies knew exactly where everything was at and everytime i was somebody knew where the next item in my list was.
