Not good customer service. It's a very skinny red lady with coloerful weave hair in her head that's supposed to be the manager's assistant very mean and disrespectful. That lady Trina is a very nice manager and her employees are very nice I'd rather everyone go to the big Dollar general store on soutel because you would get a better customer service an nicer people. There's a lot of shoplifting that goes on there as well.. Dollar general HR won't do anything about it so I'm just writing this to you so I'm just writing this with you to let everyone know that the best Dollar general to go to is the big dollar general on Soutel and Norfolk

I give this store one start an I don't even want to give it that... Experience I had at the store was the worst experience I ever had my husband and I ever accused of shoplifting but the woman could not tell us what we shoplifted nor did they want to pull their cameras to show where we stole anything so in my eyes the people that work here are prejudiced... When we are the normal working everyday white people and went and spent money in the store two to three times a week.. since this has happened we have spoke to several different people that has have similar experiences with the same lady that accused us of shoplifting. Thank you..

It's sad that this store aswell as all theirs store sell damage heaters that work 1 month cuts off in 39 degrees and they will not exchange or refund your $$ without receipt the money in need heat I just wanted an exchange
