just had the worst experience ever me and my mom was going to do some shopping but we notice one of the employees started following us around from the start it made us so uncomfortable he was tall red hair with tight pants on we couldn’t take it no more so we walked out bad bad customer service

Called this store for 2 hours about my pick up order get there they claim they don’t do pick up orders why would the system allow me to do so plus I used to work at this exact location so I know it’s LIES ALL DG IN JAX NEEDS TO CLOSED TF DOWN !

Dollar General is the place to stop when you are out of town and "forgot something." You can always find what you need. I think this is 6 or 7 states now. It is always a great place to stop.

Google says this store closes at 10pm. Doors were locked before 10pm. Update the correct store hours online or have the doors unlocked during business hours.

They are alway closing before they r supposed to and there’s times that I try to come in the middle of the day and they are closed. And they close to stock the shelf’s no matter how many employees are there

Dominique should be promoted to GM I mean her customer service was a1. She loves the store she was stocking the shelf and stop to help me, walk me to to the item and took it off the shelf I couldn't believe it.She is something special and I hope y'all see that she should be valued.
