I was verbally attacked by one of the workers out front of the store and inside the store as I left my things on the counter because they only accepted cash this store is horrible it's always closed

I have shopped at this location for awhile. I would recommend checking the prices when you check out. Some of them are more than what is listed on the price tag on the shelf and this isn’t the first time that I’ve noticed higher prices at checkout. I understand prices are going up. I just don’t like the surprises.

I wanted to take the time and say thank you so much to Brandy who worked last night. She seriously is one of thee nicest most hardworking employees I have encountered in a long time. She took the time with my purchase because I had multiple coupons. She was extremely patient and understanding. Being a couponer I have had employees get annoyed and didn’t want to look up prices etc.Brandy is very smart and savvy with just talking with her for the time I was there. Thank you again Brandy for being so understanding and respectful, you are very much appreciated.Since we are only allowed to do one review I also wanted to say thank you Moses who also was generous and patient with me today. Professional and did not get upset with checking prices and asking questions. Employees that provide great customer services like Moses and Brandy will make sure to get business from my family, friends , and me.

I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile, if i need help finding something they know just where to send me , this group have things running smooth and there's KINDNESS from each of them that is rare these days... The short lady is very rude at this store..there were two staff members ( other being a tall guy) and only one counter was open and the lady was watching the show,when asked to open the other counter there was a shroud NO.she is not work being a staff..we will surely avoid the store if people like her is employed.. pathetic and horrible experienceI am sure that you will get many more compliants on her and your customer base dwindle if you do not act fast..rest your take...

The new manager is great very polite and goes out of his way for you.. But the new cashier with the Dreds is very rude.. and sarcastic.. I’ve been shopping here since the store just opened and never got treated this way.. I’ll never shop here again until she’s gone

HORRIBLE!!! Every time I go to this dollar general, there doors are always locked during business hours. I understand if you have one person working and they need to use the restroom etc—BUT NO Courtesy to the customers. Door ALWAYS says cash only. Needs to management—it is horrible.
