Every Dollar general I go to accepts a picture of my Driver's license, ( 4k pic) as I ride a motorcycle and don't carry my wallet ( I know my DL # ) this location basically tells the employees they're too stupid to know when someone's over 30 ( I'm 50 with 99% gray beard ) and to only accept a physical ID. Well this store can P off. Not getting my $$ no more

Worst store ever. They always close super early. Just now I pulled in the parking lot at 9:34 and the guy working looked at me and locked the door. They don’t close for another 30 minutes. I’m sick of it and I won’t go back there. Literally scared me in the face as a customer walked out and then locked the door. Done with it

Lots of space for mobility aid and clean, nice staff. Got checked out by Kaz. But the place closes at 9 not 10 like google says :(

I was in at 5:30 on 1/16/2024. It was so busy that the checkout line was around 10 transactions deep. The cashier, Mark, was super efficient, still courteous and had us all checked out in record time. I asked, and he said they usually have another employee on the register at that time of day. I was super impressed!

Maybe management isn't aware this location is in Florida, where we have heat hours 85% of the time. I'm curious to know if it's closed because of the doors or the heat? For decent pay, I know several people who would work here. In the dead of the heat hours, with broken doors and all.

No stars. This location closes when it wants too. Pulled up at 9:50pm doors were locked. Says they're open until 10pm.

Dark, and poorly lit. The shelves are too close together to the point you feel cornered, and the store itself is poorly stocked, and most shelves were a jumbled mess. Most of the issues could be fixed, but there was only a cashier there in the store nobody else.

All-in-all every time I go in there they're always very helpful and quick to help you get what you need the fastest and most respectful way a couple of workers in there are awesome they help you and trying to get anything and everything you need quick and fast

While this store has great deals on products, the manager did not put an out-of-order sign on the bathroom door. I had a bathroom emergency and the manager on duty said that there were no working bathrooms in the store. That is a problem.When the store is incapable of meeting a customer's basic needs it becomes too difficult to shop. It conveys the impression that you don't care about the customer; you just want their money.

This has been my worst visit here. The cashier was having a conversation with a customer from the time I walked in till the time I checked out. She did not greet me and put the receipt in the bag and continued to converse with the customer. Very poor customer service!

Closed during the *middle* of the day, no signs????? Ridiculous. I was NOT the only customer who turned around because the doors are locked.
