This is the second day this week your store has opened at least 15 minutes late. It was 40 minutes late when I gave up days ago. Please change your hours or open when you advertise.

First time getting rude customer service here a cashier named Marie. I went to self checkout and asked if it was available cause no one was there but a product was she ignored me. So I went to the register where she meets me. No eye contact. As I’m putting in the number she pushes something that makes the screen go away and when I said something she had the BIGGEST ATTITUDE so I asked her, doesn’t it add up points or something and she goes “ I DONT KNOW WHAT IT DOES” then presses the button AGAIN cutting me off. Then when it says accepted she decides to say “hit cancel” and I was like but it accepted? Then another guy came up I asked her name he says “Marie why” I said cause she was super rude so he just shrugs his shoulders. These people need to be gone

There is a rude manager there. She is a lady with an islander accent. My dollar general app showed me a different total then what appeared on the register and when they show the screen I saw that there were a couple a digital coupons that did not come off. The manager says well you’re all ready getting a discount with what you have that’s already good. I replied that I understand but the coupons I have that are attaching on the app are not coming off. The managers reply was “well we can cancel it if you don’t want it”. I said no I would just like to see if the coupons can be placed in your system to reflect the app. The manager replied “ We can just cancel it if you don’t want it”. Seriously she did not want to even attempt to help me. She is the rudest manager I have ever meet. She seriously needs some customer service training. I will not be going back to this location. And I will be reporting this to corporate. The manager does not even wear a name tag to see her name.

Rude lady stock clerk. I asked if she had yogurt and she snappingly pointed and said that’s all why have. There were three rows of yoplait yogurt. One row had peach. One row had strawberry banana. One row had one strawberry and the rest were strawberry banana so I was only looking to see if there were more strawberry. She rudely came up to me and said “I just put that out there all fresh, no need to move all that around”. The flavors are all together. I said “well this row only had one strawberry and I was looking for more in this row”. As I started to straighten her display up back to its original organized state she said “just stop I’ll do it”. I said thank you three times and she just ignored me.Today is 2/2/24, 3:50 pm.

This use to be a great store to shop at but since they changed managers not so good. There store hours say they close at 10pm but there closed every night around or before 8.

This particular location is a standalone building somewhat in the middle of nowhere. However, the staff was friendly and outgoing and I was able to get what I needed and be out of there in no time flat

Some of the staff is helpful. It’s a convenient location. Otherwise this place closes at 6pm, now. I’m not entirely sure why but it’s an inconvenience to those who work 9-5.
