It's a hit or miss, sometimes the shelves are virtually emptied. Staff says they don't have a choice as to what comes in, which seems like a mistake because who else would know better than the local personnel.

Horrible, due to a operations manager who didn't know that I was listening to her state that she's sick of "us people" tearing up her store, and that she has nothing nice to say about us nasty people who come into her store to buy things. I kindly stepped out of the aisle and asked her for her name and she said no, and why do you need my name. I stayed calm and asked for a manager, but she stated that she's the operations manager. I then informed her that I heard her referring to all customers as nasty people and she looked at me yelling saying, " You people", tore up my store and I have to clean it up. I walked away after telling her in a nice way that's racist and misjudging all customers who don't ruin the stores merchandise. I found another manager named Adam who was so kind and understanding and I told him what the district manager said while customer's were in the store listening, and he told me that he could help me find items and made me feel more welcome. I was only shopping for a cancer patient and will never return to this store again to help other sick residents at my job smile. To hear a operations manager call customers nasty and dirty is not at all ok. I recorded the operations manager continuing to argue about what I overheard while I continued shopping. I provided my name so that the district manager will know that my name is not nasty, dirty or you people, but it's Lori and I love everyone and am very neat. This happened at 1:26pm on 9/26/24 at store number 5670 , 1631 university Blvd South. Jacksonville FL. I am so shocked, that that's how hard working beautiful, kind customers are referred to.

Employees always friendly and helpful. Some what clean location with what the the staff has to deal with on the daily. These stores need more help stocking shelfs from what we've noticed on every visit.

Did not have the item that I was looking for, wet wipes for men. They usually carry them but apparently this store is now out.

Great selection, but store is always dirty. The employee Mellonae is very nice, but is very smelly (doesn't seem like she showers everytime I run into her) and seems like she is on something.

Good. This specific store, University Blvd corner Atlantic, is the best, its Mgr very nice and no problem with returns or exchange of merchandise. Also variety, including food.
