1/16/2025 @8pm So I think it's kinda rude for a manager to yell half across the store that I have to put my bag up front on their ice machine.***THERE IS NO SIGN POSTED SAYING THAT*** I told her I didn't know where that was and just set it by the register. For her to loudly say that's rude I told you to put it on the ice machine. I told her it's pretty rude for you to yell across the store instead of coming and explaining the situation.
Cashier confirmed it was the manager, her name was Louise.

Today, I was attempting to check out at register four. We were the next customers to see the cashier, even had our items down on belt line. When the cashier told us to go to the other register which had three more people ahead of us in it. Then she proceeded to take someone else who was behind us.
The cashier at register three wouldn't give me her name or the name of the cashier this matter is referring to. But she did provide me with the managers info and when she would be back in the store. Register three states "we all wear name tags" but hers was not visible worn on her pants, backwards and register three had a sweater with no visible tag.
The woman at register four completely refused to give me her name and instead was confrontational continuously asking me why I needed her name in a forceful tone. I explained the reason, she lied and said she moved us because the person in front of us had more merchandise. As stated above that couldn't have been true because our merchandise was already on the belt.

They need a serious shipment to fill the shelves/ refrigerators and someone to clean up. Cashier was friendly though.

We were able to stock up on snacks and other basic dorm room items for little to nothing. The store employees I encountered were friendly and moved customers through the line quickly.

Rude young lady working today. No greeting, mean mug on face, music blasting in ear. Actually said nothing at all to customers. ?

Wow..just walked in the store to a cashier screaming profanities to someone on the phone. Why not take the conversation to the office so customers can't hear. Not a good look Dollar Tree!

This store has made a wonderful change. The store is outstanding with CSR, I was greeted at the door. The store is super cleaned, organized and clear of clutter. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!!!

This dollar tree is soooo messy? I can’t even walk down aisles without feeling like I’m going to run into something. If it was clean this would be an awesome location!

I've been to this store several times. There is always an excuse why they can't fully operate like any other dollar tree. One time they were closed due to plumbing issues, the next time they were only accepting exact change or debit, and the last time I went to the store it was a complete disorganized wipe out with barely anything on the shelves. I have yet to have a great experience shopping there and can't say that I ever will.

If you currently have shoshopped this Dollar Tree, they've had a big change in their store I see new faces when I come in. I'm being greeted with smiles and spoke to and the management tries to be as helpful as possible, in the morning. They've had all the items that I've needed and I'm satisfied with the service I received, From their morning cashier her name is Ms. Gigi. She has the most positive spirit and she works with a sense of urgency. She takes care of the customers. I will visit this location again. Just for the experience. This company needs more like her.

This is your standard store with everything you can think of and more. It's just not organized. Every time I come in stuff on the aisles aren't being organized and kept up. I was looking for disposable eating utensils and they didn't have any, only the ones on the party aisle. The staff is nice, seems like they need some help in there.
