Just want to say I love all the locations that are here in Jacksonville but honestly this location had a lot of outs but D.T. Is always adding new merchandise and because of that I always find items that are impossible to find in bigger retailers so I am sharing a few of my faves & please put a new store in Mandarin, Florida area near Hooters restaurant ❤️

Every time I go in the Store Manager Michelle is working hard at keeping the store stocked.
The employees are all very friendly & extremely Helpful.
I’ve been shopping here for a few years. This is the best the stores looked in a long long time. Keep it up. 👍
I also like to hear the employees banter and laughter it makes shopping a nicer experience knowing the staff is having fun.
It must be frustrating to have to constantly pick up after folks leaving items throughout the store with no regard to what they have done.

Even breaking the things they tough. Tisk tisk, shame on those parents.
What a lazy society not watching your children while in public.
Let’s help these great folks and show some appreciation for their hard work and dedication to keeping this neighborhood Dollar Tree a wonderful place to shop.

To the gentleman who left the comments regarding the truck. When you leave reviews please don’t write your assumptions. The truck in fact comes on Thursday IF not delayed by a storm, holiday or even a broken down truck. You assuming that it comes in the beginning of the week and then posting your assumption isn’t fair to the business you’re reviewing!

This Dollar Tree is the best Dollar tree I have ever been to. 5 plus stars
From the new management to the fully organized stocked shelves.
Their holiday section is always on point.
Those folks are working constantly, none stop. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.
The shoppers need to quit leaving things all over making the store messy.
I don’t pay any attention to negative comments about this location
Never had a bad experience here.

I could rate it better if it weren't for the mistreatment that I have personally received from Michelle, I don't know if she is a cashier or a supervisor, the truth is that a few days ago this lady tried to insinuate that I had no intention of paying. Today since I put my items on the mat I start breathing hard with discomfort and she treats my son and me badly, this lady is completely unpleasant, she should not work with the public
. I'm not going back to that store while she's there.

Every time I go that store has been run through! Barely anything on the shelves, they dont have a cold or frozen section like pretty much every other dollar stores has, not sure why they dont. Stuff is thrown all over the shelves, they were unloading a truck during the day (on a Fri? I think that someone didn't put it away the beginig of the week cause there were 7 people on top of regular staff unload and shelving stuff)

The rude cashier told me to leave my backpack upfront. I asked will someone be watching it, she wouldn't answer me. Dollar tree service in general is trash at the same time raised their prices
