What is wrong with the assistant manager?
I ask for the manager to get assistance since my wife wanted to work there (not anymore)
She came to me ans literally said: "What" with attitude, I tell her I didn't hear, can you repeat again and she said: "What do you want"
I don't know if she was being racist (I'm latino) or just rude. Anyhow, that's no way treat customers or anybody.
I've been Manager for 2 years and I don't know how a person with that attitude archive to be an assistant manager. Leadership, friendliness and commitment are the least to expect when you're talking with somebody taking care of the store
Don't worry, I will never go back to that store

Employees at this location always welcome their shoppers as they enter. This store seems to keep items in stock and that's nice. I have even experienced customers with very pleasant demeanors. This location is one to check out.

It’s 8:20am and once again no one here to open the store so a bunch of customers and the cashier are waiting to be let in..this has happened several times before when I’ve came here ..they need to do better as management and make sure they have this location open on time at 8am ..there are very few locations near by that open at 8am and this being convenient at that time is now making it inconvenient when we have to waste time waiting or leave to find another store..btw love the workers, but just seen this as a on going problem lately and needs to be addressed

Do not purchase gift cards from this location. Their staff are incompetent and uneducated on how to correctly scan them . They refused to refund my money or resolve the issue despite my credit card confirmation of the purchase

Always find what I need here. Much larger variety than a few of the other dollar trees in my area and cleaner. Service has always been friendly. Large variety of cleaning supplies, birthday decor and decor for events and holidays. Great place to stock up on holiday supplies, Easter, Valentines and so on. Always pretty well stocked.

You should really train your employees on customer service and how to open a register correctly and taking the next people in line thats been waiting 5 mins for the customer and cashier to decide what balloons they want. Then the cashier walking away to fill 5 balloons. But no your employees opened a register and took 3 people before the customers that's been waiting in line..

Lines were long about 6 other workers, but they world not open another register to help people get checked out. Three young man said here asked three manager, but they still would not assist. My time is important as well.

Jocelyn has amazing customer service. I miss placed something and she made sure to get my name my number she told me that she can even reach the last manager to make sure that he didn’t have my loss wallet but Joslyn you are a great person. Hours online do not match actual store hours. They have the hours posted on the door as open being 9am as opposed to 8am. Very inconvenient and a waste of time for customers. Not pleased at all and I frequent this location often.
