The Associate named Ruth is very rude they need to evaluate her customer service skills, Its sad that she thinks she can be on someones job and have poor customer service, The way she talked to me today will be the last i will not be returning, If i had of gave her the same attitude im sure she would try to play victim, Ruth does not deserve to have a job .

Just moved here from Clay County and this is one of the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree I’ve ever shopped at.

Doors locked 10 mins before close. Needed to get some last minute items. Employees having to unlock door to let customers BEFORE close.
Employees at the register ignoring me at the door. Very unprofessional.
I didn’t know you closed at 9:50 pm. If that’s the case please update your store hours.

They have sweet deals. The manager was helpful, friendly, and profprofessional. They open extra lines as soon as it backed up. Only 1 issues and it was simple. I needed a lock or lock box, which they did not have. But they have a great variety of other items

I recently visited this Dollar Tree location, and I was pleasantly surprised! The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The manager here is incredibly approachable and always ready to assist, which makes a big difference compared to other Dollar Tree stores in town. This location definitely stands out for its exceptional service and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

I always go in for the things I need to get even if it’s multiple things I need to buy. De’Shawn is a wonderful employee and always makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. She knows where everything is that I ask. Has excellent customer service!
If it’s at night I usually come across Marie as the employee that makes my shopping trip easier. They are both great employees.

I went in today between 730-8pm to get a few things and everything was fine. Until I got to the cash register and my item came out to about $13. I gave the cashed a $20 and she shorted me .02 cents. I told her about how she shorted me .02 cents and she said oh really?!? oh I’m sorry I don’t have a manager here who can open my til to make the change. But we don’t have Pennie’s. I said okay I will wait for the next person to do their transaction and I can give you change so it can even out to .05 cents. She said well it’s not that serious. And I just kindly told her that I like my change and I don’t want her to get in trouble for her till. So I waited for the next customer and he paid card. He seen what happened and he said I have .05 cents just take it for we already know what you need isn’t going to happen. So he handed me the .05 cents and I was like thank you but she needs to give me my change that she owes me. And the cashier named Lashawn said well I don’t have anyone who can help but I can give you a penny from my personal wallet. And I said no you don’t owe me personally. The store does from your till. She couldn’t grasp it. And what the guy said clicked to me and I left. It’s said that this store always steals little change. I know it’s .02 cents but it’s money owed to me. I usually pay by card but this is my second time
Paying cash there and that’s .62 so far they have stolen.
