I recently shopped at the Dollar Tree and observed that the prices have increased. Items are now priced at one dollar and twenty cents, and some items that were previously one dollar and twenty-five cents may now cost up to five dollars. During my visit, I made a significant purchase for work-related items. Despite the challenges posed by some customers who can be destructive at times, the store maintained a relatively neat appearance. Unlike some other discount retailers, the store did not have items cluttering the floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the cashier, a Hispanic woman who was new to the role, Aracelia. She was patient, kind, and provided excellent customer service. I was able to find everything I needed and more, which resulted in a higher-than-expected expenditure. I have since returned to this Dollar Tree location for future purchases.

Now this place is great!! FAR bigger and more stuff than Baymeadows store! But I was just in that area, and I'll still visit Baymeadows, becuz it's closer to me.

I am great with the manager that ran me out for customer service but there is still a very critical and crucial problem in an employee not by the name of Miss Tee. She has a very ugly attitude and was very rude to my special needs patients that I was pushing down the aisle she was slamming all the cards together as me and the child walk by she did not move she did not stay oh I'm sorry she did not stop slamming the carts all together when we came by.

Absolutely horrible! One person working lines wrapped. Staff or higher better. Employees won't continue to work when they are treated like that. I don't recommend this location at all. I will not return!

The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and they obviously do not care! Just disgusting! Urine and blood on the floor! What kind of management allows this?! This is very unlike the town center area etiquette.

Can’t believe this place don’t allow service dogs. I opened a door and the lady at the cash stand immediately told me “no” when she so a dog. She didn’t even ask me if my dog is a service dog. It was so rude, unprofessional and put people with disabilities in an uncomfortable position
