They provide good example of chemical. I purchase their organic coconut oil, hydrating mascara, clean beauty deodorant, batteries, ribbon/rope, granola bars, small baking supplies, and cheap baskets. They carry cute gems, glue, and glitter!
For fun, they also have headbands, scrunchies, bows, clips, bobby pin magnet, gift bags and cards, decorated heavy plastic reusable bags(summer), bows(winter), and notebooks(late summer). I have a cute cloth pink and white bunny ear hair scrunchy. ✨ 🥥 🔋 🎀 🧲 🎁 ⛅️ ❄️ 📝

The clerk never wants to blow up Helium balloons. She always says that they are out of Helium. She finally admit that that had some and she will only blow up two when I confronted her about this. I will never go back there again until this lady quits. Worst customer service I ever received !

I've never seen a place clearly hate their employees so much that they force one person to suffer on the register alone while the rest hide till the heat dies down. It's embarrassing it makes it feel like they only have 1 person working in this store it's crazy.

I’m writing to express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding the appalling treatment my wife and I received at your store. The male store manager, dressed in a black polo, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and an utter disregard for basic customer service.
The incident began when the register attendant, clearly overwhelmed, asked for assistance four times as the line grew to approximately 12 customers. Despite the repeated calls for help, the manager blatantly ignored the situation, remaining in his office. Several frustrated customers began voicing their concerns about the delay, prompting me to speak up loudly in an effort to get assistance for the overburdened cashier.
It was then that the manager stormed out of his office, yelling and swearing at us, berating everyone for not having “patience.” His tone was aggressive and condescending, and instead of de-escalating the situation, he escalated it further. What’s worse, he began to directly threaten my wife and me, hurling offensive and provocative insults in a manner that was both intimidating and deeply unprofessional.
This behavior was not only disrespectful but entirely unacceptable. No customer should be subjected to such hostility, let alone in a situation where the fault lies squarely with the manager’s failure to address the needs of his team and the customers. My wife and I left the store feeling humiliated and deeply disrespected.
I demand an immediate investigation into this incident and appropriate disciplinary action against the manager in question. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and assurance that measures will be taken to prevent such disgraceful conduct in the future.

How is this dollar tree the worst one in Jax? The store is so messy, product all over the floors and thrown all over the shelves.
The lines are always wrapped around down the isles. The debit card machine doesn’t work properly freezing their system and the kicker of the whole trip was they don’t take cash! What major retailer doesn’t take cash?!! So many people walked out empty handed because they couldn’t pay. Some serious management needs to come in and take control of this store!
