Be careful and check that your shoe sizes match in the box before you leave the store!!
There is NO recourse for that mistake with DSW once you find that fact out later. 😡

They have a sale going on which ends today! This is good for clearance items as well! I was here last night and found a pair of Sketchers at clearance -- 40% off! But it turned out to be only $48...need $1 more to get $10 off! I didn't get the name of the cashier but she is so amazing! She immediately found a clearance hand soap worth $1.49 and I asked her to add it so I could get the $10 off. I saved a lot on a good pair of Sketchers thanks to great customer service!

A large sign at the entrance to the Town Center DSW store promotes a 25% discount for downloading the DSW app. I did, and was immediately emailed a coupon for 25% off. Yay-NOT. My New Balance sneakers were EXCLUDED from the promotion. In addition, a sign on the checkout counter states that DSW price matches. They call it "comp value". So, I find the same exact shoes on Amazon for $14 less. I asked if they price match Amazon. The answer, "NO". I bought the shoes anyway at DSW, but I feel cheated out of my lunch money. Thanks (for nothing) DSW for misleading (cheating) your valued customers.

Last minute shopping for a pair of formal night dress shoes for my wife the day before we board ship. Whew. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The inventory was plentiful.
