I was not greeted when I walked in, when I asked an employee for a shoe he made me feel like I was bothering him. The cashier never even spoke to me as she was ringing me out. She carried on with a full conversation with her coworkers. I had to open the box to see if it was the correct shoe because she did not check. I will never wasted my time or money at this store again.

I went to this location with my wife to look for some new shoes. We were greeted with the most foul disgusting music I ever heard in my life. So offensive we left immediately and will never return. Who ever is in charge of this location need to monitor the music being played .

Weird experience. Not that friendly in there. Just seems uninterested in the customer and don’t know much about the shoes. If you ask a question they quickly walk away before you have a chance to ask about another shoe. Just weird. Footlocker is a more pleasant experience and good thing it’s right next door.

walked in to get me some brand new summer shoes and got blessed with Harlon, he was so helpful at first i was very indecisive and he help me picked out shoes that i can throw on with multiple outfits

Would 100% recommend shopping here. Went into the store with my little brother today and Harlon was more than helpful with me. He provided such care that is VERY rare in retail these days and ensured that my needs were fulfilled.

Went in with all my children to buy new slides for everyone and Isabel was very helpful with getting all the sizes we needed and answering any questions we had. She definitely deserves a promotion

Went to the River City Store to find a pair of shoes to go with a specific outfit. Isabel was amazing and very helpful. I actually ended up purchasing 2 pair. She definitely is an amazing employee.

They don’t greet you as you walk in, they stand around the counter just chopping it up. They are young kids and very unprofessional. My daughter and I had to go to the counter twice asking if they had sizes for some shoes. Very rude and unprofessional.

I came into the store looking for a nice comfortable pair of shoes to go with an outfit I was trying to wear. Harlon was very helpful when it came to helping me make a selection. He was very knowledgeable when it came to what shoe went best with my outfit. He was so amazing. I will be back.
