to not be able to try on a shoe just because it's release day is crazy and I don't understand that. If i'm spending my money in a shoe store I should be able to try them on. Not sure if this is for all stores or just this one. I was told the next day that I could try them on. Well, if its a new release the shoe may not be available the next day.Just disappointing because I needed a smaller size and now I can't find my size. side not (the employees where not rude at all)

Hate to give a bad review based on 1 employee, but he has been consistently condescending with each visit...approx 3 times. Long dreads up in a bun/ponytail with mixed blonde coloring at the DTLR Gateway store (5238 Norwood Ave Space 22) in Jacksonville, FL. His dismissiveness to customers and blatantly condescending remarks leave a poor customer service stink on the establishment. Good thing that my money spends everywhere and I have other shopping options to utilize. I'll be doing just that.

The only semi nice lady there was the manager all the other employees have horrible attitudes and wear it own their faces really well. Will not be back. Would much rather go to river city

The customer service was not good at All, i guess the lady who had the blonde hair was the manager. She look like she was either having a bad day or just has a bad attitude. No smile, her vibe was horrible. So with that it affects the staff, i dont blame the staff i blame her cause she's the leader she sets the mood and the energy. Despite how customer comes in or how they look you shouldn't judge, i was coming in to really spend some money. But the staff energy was awful.

I got the shoes I want it which is cool and I appreciated them for doing they job ,but nasty attitude And nasty faces, just weren’t called for . we were told one thing and then told another if it’s an issue then the staff needs to talk that out. But the shawty who checked us out was nasty and she needs to control that

It was decent wish they had better selection. The young lady that got the shoes for my husband was great!
