Used the self-service wash, but it was disappointing. The water pressure was super weak — felt more like tap water than a pressure washer — and there was barely any soap. It made it really hard to get the dirt off, especially the bugs stuck to the front and the grime on the wheels. Please add stronger chemicals and more cleaning foam so it actually dissolves dirt and makes washing easier. The place has potential, but it really needs better maintenance.

Dryer doesn’t turn on after wash. No phone number or anyone there at 12 pm weekday.

They need to maintenance the vacuums about a month ago vacuum had little suction all the trash was over flowing so I thought they just. Needed to come through and be emptied today the trash was empty but the vacuum closest to the air did not even come on and there was no one around to get a case quarter so just wasted my time is going downhill. It's because word gets around when it's a waste of money and your machines don't work A lot of locations are going downhill, not just this one

I love me some duckys they have quality soaps that clean with very little effort that shines and lasts a considerable amount of time they are definitely my go to car washes in jax from merrill rd to parental home road i am there once a month. I sure am glad we have self serve car washes here in jax . Thanks duckys keep doing what yall do!

You can't beat the prices here, but plan to spend a little time here to get your car as clean as you want it. The touch less car wash is as good as the others... you need ceramic coating for it to really clean the dirt off. Great in a pinch for all the apartments around here.
