Unfortunately I have had a few bad experiences with service here now. I’ve been happy to come back and try again, but I don’t think I’ll do that anymore. Today I ordered 2 box of Joe’s at the window (I have done this before and know it takes a minute to fill up and prep). I was asked to pull forward. I was there early and only one other customer was in line at the time. I sat there for 20min and no one acknowledged me to say anything or to maybe ask me to go park. So instead, the excellent clientele was driving by flipping me off because they felt I was holding up the window behind me. After 20min I parked and went in. Everything was ready and when I told them the experience I was just told “I understand”. I think a more appropriate answer is “I’m sorry in the future we will consider asking you to go ahead and park”. If they had acknowledged me in the window for the 20min I sat there, I would have offered that option because being taunted by customers was not very enjoyable. I don’t blame the employees for client perception, but this isn’t the first time I have been left at a window with my items waiting and no one even looks my way here. Last time I sat staring at my coffee for 10min before I knocked on the window and asked if I could have it.

Double D's (Bartram Market) after thoughts: VERY CONVENIENT & if you preorder, super quick service!!! Available for your comfort - interior & outdoor seatings arranged in an acceptable elbow room manner. AVOID 0815-0930 = PEAK BUSY ZONE. Highly recommend downloading app for preorders & points/rewards & don't use "mobile drive thru lines" during peak hrs, park & get your orders inside. Java has always been above standard, no burnt aftertaste & Breakkie & sweet treats selections are plenty. Go-2s: ice or hot black Java & egg&cheese Croissant sandwich w/ white cheese. Service is acceptable & be aware that employees all work behind the counter during peak hours. (Please be patient & understanding be aware busy hrs.) .5 of 5 (3.5 of 5) (Sidenote: great spot for Group Run meetup!!!)

One of the few DD where consistency in drinks is on point. Staff is friendly and customer focused. Never had a bad experience at this location.

I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you simply cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin.' Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation.

This particular Dunkin is incredibly consistent. I order a variety of things depending on the day, but one thing I almost always get is an iced coffee. It tastes the same (and perfect) like 99% of the time. Additionally, the employees are all pleasant and always helpful. It doesn't feel like a good place to sit like a third space like some coffee houses do, and a few dunks do feel that way! But to come grab your breakfast or a mid day pick-me-up I recommend this Dunkin 100%.

I love this Dunkin location so much!! They helped me surprise my husband & his football team with donuts and a cute message on each box! It was so fun. they were great sports with helping me write on the boxes and letting me use markers as well! It was a great experience & I will Absolutely be back!!

Absolutely garbage. Eveytime I come here, they are always out of something especially bakery items and their bakery items are so bad now, your better off going to the grocery store. On top of they mess up my drink order every time. Please avoid and never go here. Go spend your money at Starbucks or anywhere but here. Bottom of the barrel.....

The hashbrowns I ordered were way under-cooked, Cresent was under cooked and with the wrong bacon. Staff was more interested in rushing around, despite it being super slow, than doing a quality job.Definitely going downhill here... this used to be a great DD to stop at.

Like any other Dunkin', they run out of the good donuts mid-day.This location was extremely clean and the line moved fairly efficiently.

Worst Dunkin and worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Went in on April 4th at 1:25pm to pick up a coffee and hash brown I’m standing there and there’s like 5 people just laughing staring and making jokes while making peoples coffees and food. NODODY SAID A WORD TO ME when I got there they just started and kept talking to each other and using their phones. I didn’t know I walked into a high school classroom cause that’s exactly what it’s like waking into this establishment. After standing there for 5 min without anyone saying anything finally a dude with curly hair said what are you waiting for I said my hash brown and he pulled the bag with his barehands and put his fingers in it with no gloves. So you gonna touch your phone and put your hands where my food goes!?? and this was in front of me imagine when customers aren’t looking and going through the drive thru ? And on top of that whoever has long black straight hair needs to put a hair net on because my donut had a long black hair on it very DISGUSTING. And a waste of money.I even extended a thank you after all of that and the worker just looked away. Management Hire Grownups would ya? These employees I saw might be adults but sure act like teenagers. They are surly ruining your credibility. Definitely Lost regular customers

No greeting when I walked in. Kids just milling around behind wall put of sight. I walk up to counter to ask if I can just verbally give a simple order...no other customers in the place. “No” I am told so I go to the kiosk (I hate those things...for one thing germy from all the people.) I poke aroound the germ filled screen and do my order for two doughnuts and a coffee ( which took far longer than just saying it). It shoots out a paper slip with my order. Now I turn to the counter and All I see is one person way off to the side cleaning sometimg. After a minute I have to ask of anyone is getting my order. “Uhhh...oh yeah” is the reponse. As she is getting my order a customer walks in and he is immediatly greeted with “Can I help you”. He gives her a verbal order and she says ok. As the clerk finally hands me my order I ask him why I couldn’t have done the verbal order like he did (as I point towards him). “It depends oh how busy we are.” The place has no warmth or friendliness. That was my last time I will go there.
