I purchased a vehicle from Duval Ford and the experience was amazing. Kathleen and Brandon were super helpful and so nice. There were some things that needed some attention on the vehicle and since we live in Savannah, Kathleen arranged to have the vehicle delivered to us in Savannah. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a car. They even have a massage chair and Pac Man to use while you wait😉

Our experience at Duval Ford was exceptional. From the outset, Steve demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that truly set the standard. He even sent a personalized video of the Expedition—unprompted—which immediately distinguished the quality of his service. His expertise, communication, and overall approach made the entire process remarkably smooth and enjoyable.
We also had the pleasure of working with Matt and Brandon, both of whom contributed to a seamless and well-coordinated experience. After comparing multiple dealerships, the elevated level of service we received from Steve was a defining factor in choosing Duval. We would recommend him with absolute confidence to anyone considering a Ford.

The service department is amazing. I recently had an insurance claim. Rodney in the service department was amazing! He actually sent a video to my insurance adjuster! The claim was approved immediately and I was fully satisfied with everything. Value of customer service was priceless. They arranged my rental return. They washed my car. Multi tiered service done with excellence. Easily accessible for everyone. Care taken so your experience is positive. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service provided by the Fast Lane staff! I was traveling from out of town and needed an oil change before driving home to Richmond Virginia without an appointment. I was well taken care of. Thanks to all the Duval staff making it a pleasant experience.

My experiences with Duval Ford was great! They honored their commitments and were very responsive. I am a long time devoted Ford client and not all my experiences has been as rewarding as Duval’s. Chief(Brian) is a very nice and worked with me for a long time to successfully trade-in my vehicle and purchase another. I am from GA and it was worth the drive!
