We went for new clothes. My son is 6 foot and it's hard to find clothes for him. He's about a 5x and the store didn't have much to offer. We did however find clothing he liked and we ordered it through the store. There was 1 person working and bless her heart she was running all over the place. Line was long. They did have more casual clothes in his size. Alot of shoes and accessories like belts, underwear and undershirts. It was an okay experience. Just wish they carried more variety for his size.

The store employee that assisted me first made an expression on my the day before when I called and asked for my item. She made sure to go look for the size I requested. Then the next day when I stopped in for my purchase she said she remembered me calling. Great Work.

Love this store. They are always very helpful. If they don't have your size, they will order it and ship it to you at no cost.

Adrian has great eye for fashion and has been very helpful during every visit. He has assisted my husband with his wardrobe for 3 weddings and a cruise! Awesome service and selection!

As a former DXL employee, I had high expectations. Unfortunately they were not met. I specifically drove 2 1/2 hours to Jacksonville to shop and get fitted for a new suit. When I arrived it felt like the salesperson was rushing and didn’t really take the time to listen to my needs. She constantly interrupted me saying “I know, I know” and in the end she did not deliver the service that I was expecting. In addition, I came looking for a suit and ended up purchasing one off the rack and ordering a jacket to go with the trousers they had in stock. I purchased the trousers and specifically stated several times that I wanted the jacket to match. The salesperson assured me that she was ordering the matching jacket. However after reviewing the receipt, it was clear that she did not order the correct color. I went back to the store but she had left for the day. The young man behind the counter researched it and informed me that DXL doesn’t carry the color I requested. Unfortunately he was not able to adjust the order to purchase the correct trousers nor would he assist me with making it right. He refused to call customer service and only provided me with a post-it note with the customer service number, told me to just call them, and he proceeded to assist someone else. After this incident I can assure you that I will never shop at the Jacksonville location again.
Follow up: The Regional Manager posted a reply then removed it. Seems that this location and their management really doesn’t care about customers or providing any support.
