My husband got me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday but unfortunately they didn't taste fresh, I called today and the manager made it right and gave me a fresh dozen. When I came to pick it up the girl who worked there was extremely friendly!

My husband had flowers delivered to me and I honestly thought it was a joke. The flowers that were delivered to me were half dead ?. He sent me the picture of what they were supposed to look like vs what I got. I called the store spoke to someone who claim she’s the one that made the arrangement but it didn’t look like that when she put it in the delivery truck. Basically tried to blame the delivery driver. Said I had to wait until tomorrow to try to get a refund. This is very unprofessional!

I can not say enough about the delivery service which in my opinion was top tier. However I really thought I would get more bang for the buck. What I ordered vs. what I spent really did not match up. I ordered the regular size “ Lift your spirits” and I was a bit let down I really expected more fruit, but what I saw( picture) is literally all I got and I guess that was on me. I have used edible arrangements for years up north and never received such a small amount of fruit for the same price. SMH.

Went to this location for Birthday reward of 12 chocolate dipped strawberries ???. The customer service was great ✅ The chocolate was ?! The only con was receiving 11 instead of 12 strawberries (noticed after left store) & one ? was already going bad ?

I placed a very very last minute order (two hours before closing- last minute) and Savannah was SO helpful with helping me with my request and getting it out the same day. Store managers, please thank her for me ☺️

I had the best experience ever here!Michele who answered my call, was the nicest, sweetest person I could ever talk too.She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got her Birthday gifts.. I'm out of state and was upset cause I couldn't be there and Michele made me feel so much better.My daughter loved her gifts and said the fruit and cookie cake was the .ost delicious She has ever had!!I love this place!

We had a friend in the hospital who finally was feeling up to eating something, so we thought an edible arrangement was a great way to show we're thinking of him. I had hoped for same-day delibery, but the corporate website didn't give us an option for same-day delivery. I put in a delivery note indicating I would be extra for same-day delivery if possible, not really expecting the note would be read until it was out for delivery the next day. (But it was the only option to leave a request, with no time to call the store directly). Kim called promptly to tell me she was the delivery driver, had seen the note, and would make sure it was delivered to the hospital right away. It was delivered fast, the bouquet looked marvelous in the picture the recipients sent us, and I was so impressed that Kim went the extra mile to reassure me that she was taking care of us!

I had an oder set to be delivered on 2/13/23 with a special message. There was a reason I wanted it delivered the day before Valentine's Day and it did not arrive. I spoke to my girlfriend and she had not received it. Today I called and was informed that my order was still at the store even though I checked on it yesterday and it said delivered but was not. I was told it would be delivered today but they don't know what time. This is unacceptable. My surprise was completely ruined and this is not what I paid for. I was offered nothing to make this right and the way this was handled is not what I expected. It's got me questioning if I'll ever use Edible Arrangements again. This is ridiculous. The front desk people were rude and one hung up in my face and I was not being disrespectful at all.Fast forward I called back a third time and spoke with the Manager Michelle and she was pleasant and provided the customer service I should have received throughout this ordeal.2/15/23I cannot say enough about Michelle. She listened to my complaint and personally delivered my arrangement. Before speaking with her I vowed to never use Edible Arrangements again but because of her I remain a customer. Thank you so much Michelle for your excellent customer service and professionalism. 5 STARS for her

Very unorganized. When I called I was told my order was ready. Upon my arrival, I wasn’t greeted or didn’t see an associate the entire time I was there. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes until I noticed my order was in the fridge. Being that I already paid, I grabbed it and left. As im walking to my car, an associate is asking my name. Why wasn’t this already done before I took matters into my own hands ? why wasn’t I greeted ? this establishment needs better customer service.

The young lady that helped me was very nice..(Riverside Location) she never say anything about not doing home deliveries I was so pleased with her she made it happen...Thanks my niece was very happy when she received he edible

The arrangement is cheerful, the delivery driver was persistent and I am grateful.She arrived. I ignored the doorbell while engaged in an online webinar. She called. I declined. She texted. Finally, I understood and left the webinar to retrieve my perishable gift. Thanks driver!!

I had a delivery order i received and the order was meant to be for 24 cookies and i was brought 12 hard over cooked cookies. Very dissatisfied i called the store and the manager was able to bake me some new ones and deliver them again im very thankful and the new cookies were very delicious! (how the cookies should look on top verse the 12 i was delivered first on the bottom)

Knowingly dipped and delivered spoiled strawberries!! You could smell they were spoiled when you opened the box. This is just 2 of the pics. 9 of 12 were damaged. What really got me was the lady that answered decided to play with my intelligence and ask me am i sure it wasn’t brown leaf. ? She said she will refund my money. We will see!! This is so disgusting ?
