I ordered a dessert platter to be delivered 2 days after I ordered. Received a confirmation of the order but was not delivered until 4 days after the delivery date. When I called to find out the status. You never can talk to a person even though I kept leaving my name and#. Very frustrating

I would give zero if I could. I ordered a birthday gift for my 92 year old Mother and it was not delivered and they couldn’t bother to answer the phone. I had to go to the store!! When I got to the store, the owner just said he couldn’t get any help and hasn’t answered the phone in weeks. He could not have cared less about the situation. He didn’t offer to make it right and wasn’t even capable of a refund. It must happen a lot, since he has a card on his counter with a corporate number. They don’t answer either and it just disconnects. He was however VERY quick to accept payment when ordered, say he delivered it, not follow through and not be able to fix it. HOW INCOMPETENT!! DON’T waste your money and have a disappointing experience!!!! If they will disappoint a 92 year old, they will let down ANYONE!’ DUDE, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS. YOU ARE NOT CUT OUT TO SERVE THE PUBLIC!!

0 stars. I ordered valentines day for my wife 2 weeks early. Had delivery day for v-day. Ordered wasn't delivered and no one would answer the phone. It wasn't delivered until the next day, but only a partial order. Paid extra for a balloon that NEVER arrived. I would recommend never using them, and will not use them ever again. Disputed charge and was told they show delivered, so it was delivered. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASE RUN. THIS IS MY SECOND TUME HA ING ISSUES. THIS COMPANY HAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. THEIR ISNT NO SAME DAY DELIVERY OR DELIVERY WITHIN IN A HOUR. MY 2 ORDERS WAS PLACED YESTERDAY AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET. I HAD THE SAME ISSUE BEFORE, BUT THEY STILL CHARGE THE $10 DELIVERY FEE. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES. NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR CALL AND NO ONE RETURN YOUR CALL WHEN YOU LEAVE A .MESSAGE. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!!!

Terrible experience - unreliable services and false promises.I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Edible Arrangements Southside location, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I placed an order with high hopes for a same-day delivery, but the entire process was a letdown.Ordered and paid extra for same day delivery. Received a confirmation in the early afternoon, and waited for the delivery. As evening was approaching, I had still not received any further notifications, and tried to call the location to check on the order. I called six times without a single answer from the store. I then checked my confirmation again and noticed a tracker option available, so I tried checking for updates this way. First, it led to a page that said the order number wasn't found. An hour or so later, I checked the tracker again and noticed the latest update was "order received by store."Very disappointed, I checked again the next morning, and still the order had not been started. I then tried to call four times again, left a message, but never heard back and none of my calls were answered. I decided to go to the store in-person to see what was going on. To my dismay, the order in fact was not even started as the tracker indicated, and therefore I requested a refund for the extra same day delivery cost as well as the order be delivered this day as the recipient would be home and able to receive it this day as well. A member of the staff assured me that my order would be started in a few minutes and delivered by the end of the day. Anticipating the delivery, I eagerly waited for hours only to check the tracker again and see that it was still not delivered, let alone even started. Extremely frustrated, I no longer wanted any services and filled out a cancellation/refund form that evening. Realizing the unreliability of their service, I made the difficult decision to cancel the order as I no longer wanted any sort of a delivery or any services from this location, and clearly explained everything that occured in the cancellation/refund form.I checked the tracker the next day for some indication of a cancellation/refund as I knew no one would answer the phone or call me back, and surprisingly, only after cancellation the evening prior, that the delivery miraculously happened the next day, now not only three days after the original order date and delivery date but after a very clear cancellation of the order and refund request the evening before. I once again went to the store and explained the situation from beginning-end to a different individual, (although the one who promised me the day prior that it would be finally delivered was there but did not speak with me), and was informed that due to the gift being delivered, a full refund would not be possible. I explained that I submitted the cancellation/refund form last night, prior to today. I submitted the form to cancel my order, there was no reason for it to be delivered today (unless intentionally to be able to state that due to it being delivered it no longer would be eligible for a refund.)No fair resolution was reached. All that came out of this situation was an initiated small refund, incompetent service, inconvenience, and wasted money, especially after requesting to cancel an order that had not even been started and was already late.This entire ordeal left me questioning the competence and integrity of this location. Their false promises, coupled with a lack of communication and accountability, made for a truly unpleasant experience. I had hoped to surprise a loved one who was sick with a thoughtful gift, but instead, I was met with disappointment and inconvenience.I cannot recommend Edible Arrangements Southside based on this dreadful experience. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy service for your special occasions, I strongly suggest exploring other options/locations to avoid the frustration and letdown I experienced with this company.

Zero stars if it was possible.. I ordered 2 weeks in advance for my girl for valentines day and it still hasn't arrived and no one will answer my calls. They took my money and scammed me. STAY AWAY.

Horrible place of employment.Hired me just to start my first day of "training" was there for 3 hours and "let me go" 2 days later after 3 hours of training and with the company total... to also be promised pay for those 3 hours and it has now been 3 1/2 weeks and i still havent gotten that payment store manager also requested to pay me the 3 hours through cashapp or zelle which is very weird and sketchy aswell store manager isn't responding to text messages or calls and blocked me. I called from a different number and he answered immediately.Do not work/apply or order from here it's nasty inthe kitchen with ants crawling all up and down the walls and rotten fruit along with chocolate that sits in a melter 24/7 and fruit that sits out all day long.

Yet another unfulfilled order. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Was supposed to have Valentines Day treats delivered to an office location just up the road from this store, and they didn’t do it. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card

Will mess up your order. Not deliver half of it and then never answer the phone. My boyfriend ordered me some fruit and flowers but they did not deliver the right fruits and no flowers in sight. And we both tried to call and no one answered!
