Ordered an arrangement 2 months in advance for Valentine's Day. Not only did they not give me what I originally ordered they didn't tell me they moved it locations to the Argyle location and by the time it was delivered it was 7:30 at night while my bf was no longer home. Even though he was home until 6pm. Sad excuse of customer service I called 15 times to be hung up on twice... 2 days later still calling still no response. If I could give negative stars I would. Not for all locations riverside location has been really nice even though they cannot help me besides giving me the corporate number who also hangs right up. Very sad will not order again.

Order was not delivered for Valentines as I placed this order back on February 2nd. Then I have been calling the past two days and left voicemails with no call back. This is very poor customer service.

Horrible Service, all around 0’s, nothing could ever make me order from a place with such bad service, however, my husband placed a delivery order for Valentine’s Day to surprise me at work, it was never delivered before I left at the end of the day, my husband disputed at 6:00pm after confirming id never received anything, they were closed therefore, there was no way to reach anyone via phone, the status online for his order reflected the arrangement was never even made. Then at 9:30pm I get a call from a rude delivery driver stating she is at my job and can leave it there or bring it to my house at almost 10:00pm at night, then she tells me how she is spending her Valentine’s Day making deliveries to make me happy and that I am not the last one. A refund and cancellation was requested when dispute was submitted not sure what’s going on with the business. Since I received a call this late I requested the manager call me back immediately to discuss my dispute. No call has been received and the delivery driver did advise she’d request it but I may not receive the callback. The fact they called at 9:30pm well after the business closed and appeared at my place of work that late at night shows the lack of customer service skills and accountability, the audacity to be a established business that is this unorganized is crazy, the behavior was uncouth definitely running a scam, order somewhere else there’s a million places that get it right and when they are wrong they actually reach out to their customers to correct the error.

Manager told me that if I didn't order anything then I had to go somewhere else because they weren't making anything. Worst service ever. On valentine's day too. This location lost my business. I'm a frequent customer too.

I placed an order for pickup at 6pm (i.e. I would pick it up AT 6pm). I received 2 calls a few minutes before 6pm. A man called me a couple minutes before 6pm and was literally yelling at me "YOU PLACED AN ORDER AND NO ONE HAS PICKED IT UP!!" I said yes, for 6pm pickup (it was now 5:59pm). He then said they were closed. I was one block away at the time and not aware that they closed at 6pm. If they close at 6pm, then the website shouldn't allow orders to be scheduled for pickup at 6pm. I ended up picking up my order at 6:05 and it was fine, but customers should not be yelled at for picking up their order at their scheduled time.

I love sending arrangements from Edible Arrangements at the Argyle Forest, Jax, FL location..The Arrangements are ALWAYS beautiful, fresh, cold and on time. I had a SUPER last minute order that I called in for a friend who was ill. The designer was so compassionate and had the arrangement ready in 30 minutes! I always show my appreciation with a little tip ? to go with it! Thank you ladies

Horrible! Didn't take it to room and lied about it. Balloon almost deflated. Fruit sat for 2 hours. You suck!

I received a Mother’s Day gift of edible strawberries from this place that was over ripe and yet they still dipped it in chocolate, the pineapple and melons were not sweet and unfortunately my children were overcharged for this horrible arrangement. This place needs to do better.

Mary working at this location was super nice and friendly on the phone but I was shocked at how RUDE the manager is. The delivery driver attempted to deliver to the wrong address despite the correct address submitted for the order. Instead of trying to attempt to deliver to the correct address he started to lecture on how he doesn’t have 30 minutes to deliver to the right house because they are so busy. I am at a lost for words, at how a manager could yell at a client completely uncalled for and for a mistake that is on their end. Manager is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

The manager at this location is unprofessional and has serious communication issues. His employee attempted a delivery to the wrong address(said there was a gate on the property...the correct property doesn't have a gate poor delivery driver just had the driveways mixed up), which was fine,I talked to the staff and we agreed to re attempt the delivery and then this manager gets on the phone says "we could've left the delivery at your neighbors house and just have the neighbor give it to them"...? I try to clarify which account he's talking about and he refuses to clarify or anything, so I ask for a refund and he refuses. Would not do any business with them.

Ordered online. Had it set for pickup 2 days after by 10am. Walked in at 950am, greater with a smile and order was exactly like I ordered. It was a gift and the people that received it loved it. I wish I took pictures. I forgot. Next time.
