I really wish I had read the reviews first and I would have ordered from Shari’s Berries.I ordered a bundle of different things for my fiancé’s birthday, half of it was delivered. No balloons, no card. Called the store number listed on their website and got a call center from India. Never offered to deliver what was not delivered and I had to raise my voice to stop him from trying to talk over me. The solution… I will get a response within 48 hours… aren’t you kind… took 1 minute to take my money and 48 hours to respond once you have it… and a bot responds to the long list of horrible reviews.I’m Irish and I don’t have a short fuse because I have no fuse. I’m not waiting 48 hours, I’m going to the store right now with all of these reviews to avoid any “miscommunication”.

The cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberries platter looked AMAZING and they have an adorable choice of stuffed animals, beautiful flowers, gourmet popcorn and balloons for all occasions. I was here for a last minute gift, and was pleasently surprised at how quickly my order was put together (within a hour) when it was obvious they were slammed because of Mother's Day. The manager Brittany was very accommodating and very professional, I will definitely be back and recommend this particular Edibles above all others!

Kudos to Pricilla!! After a horrid experience with the Southside Blvd store, she stepped up, went out of her way and followed through on a delivery for my coworker!! She deserves more praise I can give her on here, she is the example of superb customer service and I cannot thank her enough!Thank you Pricilla, you are the BEST!

I WILL NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE AGAIN.I ordered Mother's day fruits and Godvia Chocolates to be delivered on Mother's day, 1 week prior to Mother's day. The Saint Augustine store changed the delivery date and delivered on Monday, 5/9/2022, only partial order of the Fruits. I assume they didn't deliver the chocolates anticipating the recipient wouldn't know it wasn't a full delivery. Unfortunate for them, I live at the same location as the recipient and I answered the door. I called Edible and after waiting and extraordinarily long time, I was told the store would call me back in 24 hours and I would receive the MOTHER"S day Godiva Chocolates on Thursday, 5/12/2022. The Chocolates still have not been delivered. I tried putting in the order number online to request a refund but it will not accept the order number beginning with W. I leave off the W and still am unable to get the order number to take. I feel like I have been scammed, where I have no product or no refund. I am completely dismayed and will not use or recommend this company, ever!

Unacceptable service. Not only will I be notifying a higher-up about the service received but based on the reviews, it should've happened a long time ago.Yesterday, my roommate ordered a $50 set for her mother since it's mother's day. They told her it would be ready by four. She gets there today, and not only is the order not ready, it wasn't placed! They somehow stopped accepting orders at 12pm yesterday yet they didn't notify her or call her to arrange a different time.Absolutely and UTTERLY unacceptable. Go anywhere else. All these reviews aren't petty, they're honest. This store is a mess. Nobody deserves this.Take your business elsewhere!

They have a great product, and if picked up at the store all is well. However, they couldn’t make a Mother’s Day delivery on Mother’s Day. That loses a lot of impact from a gift. I finally went by the next day and picked up the arrangement. It was well done.As someone who has run many businesses, I can say the worst thing you can do in sales is promise and not deliver. I suggested they try looking at how they handle deliveries on busy holidays. The response was excuses as to what happened, “I’m a new manager here”, we only had two drivers and 120 orders”. You didn’t know you needed to make special arrangements? With that outlook I doubt things will improve. It’s too bad.

They got my MIL’s order for Mother’s Day on time the day before as requested, and they were also very gracious in the face of some confusion from our end (not their fault at all). Everything was as ordered, and my MIL loved the arrangement. She even commented on how nice the delivery person was. I would use them again.

DON'T ORDER HERE.. I order yesterday morning online around 9am save day delivery. By 1pm order want accepted called the store THE MANAGER DID IT WAS BEING MADE AND HER DRIVER WAS 10MIN AWAY AND MY ORDER WAS FIRST TO GO OUT AND WOULD BE THERE BEFORE 5PM CLOSE OF BUSINESS. They literally showed up after 5pm. So the person recieving it never got it. Called the next day to speak with the manager who told me it would be delivered 3hrs before 5pm didn't have the balls to get on the phone. Instead she had her employee tell me she never said get driver was 10min away and that she had to call DOOR DASH to gave it delivered and that's why it's late. WTF DOOR DASH I ORDERED FROM THE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT WEBSITE. WORSE COMPANY EVER. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS I HOPE THEY FIRE THAT MANAGER

Worst experience EVER!! I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries a few days ago to be delivered to my wife today at work (she’s a nurse) for Mother’s Day….first they “attempted” to deliver it in the morning when I specifically asked if they could deliver it in the evening sometime because she works 2nd shift..I was told ok and a note was placed on the order….obviously it was ignored because I received an email stating they attempted to deliver it but couldn’t and they would try again….I called the store and was assured it would be delivered this evening….well it was delivered minus any flowers! I called the store again upset of course and I was told that they had a flower shortage ??♂️…This was extremely annoying because I spoke to someone at the store twice! And was not told about a flower shortage!! If so I would have canceled the order! I was told I would receive a refund but That completely defeated the purpose….would have rather have what I ordered… Mothers Day surprise ruined! Smh

I ordered fruit and flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day so I never received the fruit or flowers Sunday then she promise to deliver them Monday well when Monday came they sent fruit without flowers I called she said that she refunded me fro flowers cause they didn't deliver Sunday she also said the flowers will be in 1 or 2 o'clock on Monday and she will deliver them then I told her then that mom might get discharged that day she says d well when they come she would make sure I get them so five o'clock I called and no flowers weren't there so she said well she's getting done discharge from the hospital she then replied well I was being nice refunding the money back so she didn't owe me anything cause flowers still not in and she didn't owe me anything she yelled in the phone with me saying she doesn't give me anything I says to her if she discharge I will come and pick up the flowers she says that's inconvenience her I told her I wanted flowers more than fruit I will be there to get them she was rude yelling on the phone i never yelled or cus at her I will never never go to this store ever again and I don't refer the to anyone they was not professional at all this was s the last time I go there I spend my money I respect great service .

This location Old St. Augustine Rd. is horrible. My gift to a very special couple for their 70th anniversary was ruined. I ordered on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. I call on Wednesday because I did not receive a delivery notice. I was told my order would be on the next truck. I asked for a before noon delivery, I was told they deliver to business first. I told the manager they were going to dinner and would not be home later. I received attempted delivery notice at 5:54 of course they are not home. I called the following day to see what happened. I was told by the manager she left early so she did not know. I asked when it would be delivered and she stated same as before business go first. She did not know when my order would go out. If she was a good manager she would have reassured me and made this a priority. She did not, she did not care. When I asked what I should do she said I could cancel the order so I did. So I get a call from the person that should have received my gift. She found the door tag (no one said a door tag was left) thanking me for my thoughtfulness. How embarrassing! Thank you for ruining something that should have been special. Oh... and the store is 4 mins from the delivery address.

If I had seen the 1 star review I would have never ordered from them. It is truly a 1 star. Horrible. They need a new manager. She only made excuses no help at all.
